Wow , I felt so comfortable with the trainers and staff. It’s a family business and I felt so welcomed. They also have preworkout & post workout drinks which I fell in love with. You get everything in one place. I love that I am able to do more than 1 class a day. I’ve been doing 2 a days & I’ve already lost 15lbs since having my baby. I totally reccomend stopping by and trying it out
