I was not informed that by downgrading to one persons(basic) membership they would charge me a cancellation fee for my guest. They count it as 2 accounts . Makes no sense to me.

7 months into joining this gym, so far I have had no problems. People are friendly and so are the staff. I see others complaining of it being dirty sometimes but it is a reflection of everyone as a whole I try to pick up trash when I see it maybe we can show others to follow by example on how to treat public property. I only wish it was 24/7 on the weekends though.ETA: also wish people would re rack weight and put equipment back, if you’re strong enough to pick it up you can put it back.

The worst service! The worst staff and customer service ever. Personal trainers don’t know what to do literally, she asking me what to do? They are over drafting my account and refusing to give the money back. Worst experience ever.Gave my daughter a scamming card under someone else’s account. And everything you ask them about, they are puzzled and the answer is always with someone who is not at the gym when you are there (no matter what time).The fair guy with the beard is the worst. He doesn’t listen and responds without listening. Overall worst experience! They don’t even deserve that one star

It’s Sunday 9:09am July 30,2023 and the gym is still closed , no one showed up to work and this is not the first time this has happened. No way to communicate with the general manager or any one pertaining to Tru Fit Sunrisemall to let them know what’s going on.on a side note , bathrooms are for the most part always dirty and trashed at all hours
