The gym itself is nice without a doubt. The owner/GM though made the task of canceling my gym membership a nightmare! It took a total of two in a half months to cancel my membership with weeks of email traffic/phone calls. Once it was canceled the owner even had the nerve to do it one day after another month was charged to my account and there was little I could do considering I had moved halfway across the country. Absolutely a terrible process when all you're suppose to do is submit a cancelation form and be done with it. Hopefully, a one off experience that no one else has to deal with!

My husband and I go almost every day! The classes are fun and give you a workout. The gym is clean and a lot of equipment so you don't have to wait to work out. I just wish they would open the pool and sauna again.

Best place you could come to workout. Staff and management are friendly,energetic, and reliable. At first I was afraid since I've never joined a gym before. I don't regret coming here and hope more people get to come and experience working out with them

Just moved back into town after 10 years and considered canceling my gym membership to try one of the new spots in Brownsville. Luckily I procrastinate and was able to visit this location and I’m glad I did. The staff has been great, from being greeted as soon as you walk to having some of the training staff and management offer tips on some of my subpar strength movements. The gym itself has been clean and never over crowded, even at peak times. Thanks for the love golds gym Brownsville 🤙🏼

It's a really big gym with a lot of machines and a full basketball court. Which is awesome. The reason I gave it a 3 was due to them no longer offering pool as I was told it was shut down indefinitely, and sauna was also out of commission.
