As of April 22, 2023, this place looks to be permanently closed. There is still a sign, but there is a locked door during business hours, and I checked next door at a hair salon & was told it has been closed for some time. I called the phone number listed on Google maps, which did work, but it was just a voice-mail. I left a message, but so far- no response.If I find different- I will change my review.

Such a lovely yoga community. The people here are so nice and the classes are great. Would recommend checking them out if you’re in the area. I personally prefer the afternoon power yoga classes, as the ones in the mornings are more restorative yoga, which are still great.

I benefited greatly from these classes and brought what I learned from these classes into my everyday life. I can honestly say that the quality of my life has greatly improved because of the teachers and practice of this Yoga center. Alma and Andy are awesome.
