This gym is the best I've ever been to by far. The people that come here are some of the most hardest working and inspirational people I've met. The staff is also very encouraging and don't just talk but really also do the work with you. They will push you and eachother to improve everyday.

Hardknox is our go to gym to drop into when we visit family in Brownsville. Coach’s are super welcoming and friendly as are the members. They are baby friendly too which was such a relief. See you next time Hardknox!

I have been a professional medium and exorcist for the past 10 years and I am very sensitive to all energy forces, both good and evil that surround us. The owners and coaches are all great and very approachable and the facility is by far the best gym in Brownsville but I sensed a dark energy emanating from one part of the facility coming from what they call the Fit Room. As soon as I walked into this part of the gym, I felt Assaulted by this dark evil energy emanating from these bicycles that have fans attached to them. Even so, I was able to “exercise” this demon and caste it away. I highly recommend this gym to all mediums, psychics and exorcists….5 stars!
