Enjoying the burn since July. If I miss a day I feel bummed out :) Variety is the key the body needs, helps me at least. Besides the sauna workouts there are two areas for weight training. Also, the vending machine is a life saver when I forget my water or need a protein bar or drink.The staff is friendly and always helpful.

I used to hate gyms and the feeling of sweating. This place has changed my mind completely. Since I was diagnosed with Lupus this gym has helped diminish my pain and lose the weight I had gained in exchange for some of the muscle I had lost. This place is absolutely great, the staff is so friendly and keeps me encouraged even when I'm down. I owe so much to this gym and the people inside.
