Very good gym with a wide variety and amount of weight training equipment. The equipment is always clean. It has bathrooms and dressing rooms with showers. The parking lot is a little far away, about a block. There are always many trainers willing to help you. It also has other sections of CrossFit, Zumba, spinning, etc. They open all week.
