Was closed. This is not a 24/7 gym. All other planet fitness stay open year round.

First off, let me say that the facility looks nice. It was clean and well maintained. Beyond that, there are issues. The staff is not trained well, they do not communicate the same information regarding signing up, details to the programs, or ability to bring guests. For a club that is "judgement free" and with "no contracts", they have a light that gets signaled to tell everyone if you drop weights, grunt when you lift/run, or do anything "distracting". No judgement but sure to highlight a person doing what they don't agree with...after that, they ask for plenty of financial information that has no bearing whatsoever on an account signup. You need a credit card, your bank and routing number, basically every bit of personal information (which if/when lost can cause you tremendous headaches) you have to sign up for a $10/month program...why? Why not ask for the blood of my first born, mother's maiden name, if I had family come over on the Nina, Pinta or Santa Maria, etc.? Let me pay my fee, however I choose to, and let me get on with my workout. Avoid this place. Trufit doesn't do this. Gold's doesn't either. Something wrong in Denmark if they're asking for so much, just to cover a $10 charge monthly.
