The coaches are amazing! They take their time to demonstrate each movement, make sure you are using the proper form and technique, and individualize the workout based on your capabilities.I was super hesitant to join a CrossFit gym and I am extremely happy with my decision to join, not only because of the positive results I have seen, but because of the friendships that have been created.
