Best "Real World" self defense applications around. The training is done in a family atmosphere with discipline and self-control mixed in. Me and my son enjoy the traditional style and I have watched him excel by leaps and bounds from the training he has received. My son is one of the instructors after earning his Brown Belt and is working hard to earn his Black. He started at 9yrs old and is now 13.
