I was recently in Bryan Collage station for my dog Zoe's radiation treatments. I'm from Brownville, Tx where am a member of Tru Fit. I've had my membership for over a yr. and used it twice. I decided I had plenty of time during the day to exercise. I choose 3155 Wildflower location. Once there I encountered an issue with my membership. Alex (one of the managers) accommodated my situation and welcomed me for the next 2 week. Gym is kept very clean, employees constantly sanitizing and keeping gym very organized. Each time i went, one young man named Troy caught my attention. He cleaned none stop, most young people his age would be embarrassed to be sweeping in the middle of the gym. He was proudly doing his job! Bravo Alex! your leadership is making a difference.

The Bryan location has several pieces of equipments banana service for 6 months. And now there's about 15 of us standing outside on a Sunday morning at 9:30 and no one's come to open the place yet. If you really want me to cancel my membership times two you're doing a damn good job of it

If there was an option to do a negative star I so would. DO NOT come to this location literally everything is broken, go to TX or Villa Maria location. Your money will go to waste here. How this location has a 4.5 star is MIND blowing

I cancelled my membership months ago either in May or June. They told me I had to physically come in an sign a paper to cancel which I did. Well I just noticed they have still been charging me and when I called to say I'd cancelled months ago they said that they had no documentation of my cancelation and that the best they could do is cancel me now. This is a scam

This location has lots of potential. They just need to fix the broken equipment and clean a bit more. Several bikes in the spin room have been broken for a while. A little Maintaince goes a long way. We also need fans in the spin room. The humidity is too much with out fans. Any chance Tru Fit can use that "club enhancement fee" to fix the broken bikes and other equipment the gym?The group classes are all amazing btw! That's what keeps me coming!

I have 4 kiddos, and getting time to workout can be hard, but the kids care here, specifically Yabria, is the reason why I’m able to make these workouts happen. She helped my youngest baby get use to not being with me all the time, and made me feel comfortable leaving my kids, because she is so amazing with them.
