Great Atmosphere. Great Equipment. The free weights. Machines are state of the art to hit those muscles properly. Great Location. I say its a good gym for whatever you want to train for. New Equipment has been added to their floor. See and try for yourself.

The Arc has become more than a gym for me. It is where I go to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. I have made new life long friends over the past few months. Arc does an amazing job making members feel like they're part of a family with monthly member appreciation events and doing the little things right. The owners and personal trainers do a great job of getting to know each and every one of their members.I am happy to be a part of Arc.
