It's ok. Pool/sauna doesn't work. Overly packed. Most cable machines are broke.

First time in there to get a price for sign a family membership, and the person who supposed to help was the worst rude person at front, he never try to do his best + racism he doesn’t gave us a welcome, i Think you need a better people on front and give a better treat to the people !

We signed up for this gym a couple of years ago with the promise of a functional pool. That never happened. The second issue was that we had to canceled our credit card and did not notified the gym. Si we got some calls and came to gym to change out credit card to add new one. They did a one time charge and failed to make it a permanent one. So we were charged late fees and unable to talk tu o a supervisor. We are disappointed at their practices.

Cancelled my membership almost a year ago, was given a form to sign and verify I wanted to cancel, filled it out and submitted it on the spot. I’m still getting charged.. I found out and called the location to figure out what was going on, at first he said I wasn’t still being charged then after he looked harder he saw the charges. He stated “the new system probably kept my account active and that he would take care of it and get me reimbursed”. I have yet to get reimbursed and now I got charged again, I called and called and finally got an E-mail in which she stated I can’t do anything if I (me) don’t have the form I signed a year ago. Be careful with this company.
