Amazing people and I like the gym and the staff was very helpful and kind and the trainers are awesome and I like the gym equipment and I like to talking to Rj Rubio. He gives me great advice on workouts and pre workout advice.

I started this membership back in March of this year to do something to keep my mind off my mother’s passing, and I lost my husband the same month so I didn’t get to use it the gym, and didn’t have the my frame to go so I canceled it, I know about the contract but dame I never used and even after canceling it they still excepted me to pay another month. Definitely bad business in my eyes.

I have tried for 3 months to cancel my membership, I was told 4 times to come back, 2 times to send emails with no response also told there system is down.Absolutely hands down the WORSE customer service, once you’re in they will never let you out. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

if you are in college and are looking for a good gym for a cheaper price than this is the place! I used to go to the trufit off of Texas, and it was always so crowded and could never get a workout done. This location is never too crowded and has lots of machines and free weights. They also have a hat sport for basketball!

Lovee this gym. It’s the largest location and is well equipped with all the machines you need including a hack squat. Also has a boxing room, cycling room, basketball court, racquetball room, and even a turf which a lot of gyms don’t have. The staff is amazing especially the manager RJ, he’s always so helpful, supportive, and encouraging. Always makes me excited to hit my workout!

Stay away from this place! Samantha the "Manager" denied entry to my daughter when she tried to workout there today stating that I owed a balance of 106.00 since I did no9t make my February payment. I checked my bank account and I was in fact charged for the month of February. Very unprofessional and they dot even have the audacity to speak to you over the phone. everything has to be done via email (how convenient for them), for "proof of discussion". Not worth the harassment from these folks.. Not even a manager that you can go to if there's an issue.AWFUL!!!!!
