I used to love this Gym and Location! But I am now having major issued with Planet Fitness and the way they handle their customers and memberships! I was robbed leaving my last visit to a Planet Fitness in Sacramento! I no longer feel safe going to this gym and planet fitness could care less! They still want me to pay to go a gym I no longer feel safe goin to or pay to cancel my membership! If it were up to me i would like to keep my membership but how is it my fault you put your gym in an unsafe location!

My problem isn't with the gym itself. I really liked going there. My problem is with the fact that for the last 2 years I have been trying to cancel my membership. I have sent the letters stating why I would like to cancel. When I lived in the state I went into the location and tried to cancel and was told I couldn't because there was no manager on duty(? ) why can't any staff member cancel it? I am well out of my contract now and still can't seem to end this. Never have I had just an issue before. Planet fitness as a company needs to fix this!

Gym is clean and the staff on duty is always ensuring that it remains clean. Membership is not pricey compared to other chains. This gym is designed to keep you coming back (paying dues) not to help with your fitness goals.

Trying this place out for a few months, its right next to home. Have a membership at the nicer gym but those extra 10 minutes to get there really craps me out. Been going here for about 1 month now. I have tried going at 7 am, at 5 pm, at 9pm, at 12am and the place is always busy. Its hard to get a full workout done in an hour for me with machines always being busy and free weights being limited. You definitely get what you pay for. If you're on a tight budget (money or time 😀) its definitely a great alternative.

Gym is in decent condition but like every PF gyms lacks free weights, no pools, has some silly lunk alarm, and doesn't have any equipment that you could involve balance and strength at the same time. Some of the staff is nice while others are some bratty little kids. Anyways, at least it's open 24/7.

I returned to this location to sign up but the sales gal was very rude. I asked her to explain the membership (it is a low monthly amount). This young gal refused to tell me anything unless I filled out a form first (name, contact, email). Who trained her. Like answering a few questions is difficult. If she would smile it would crack her face... Really, where does she get an attitude like that. I walked out as I do not need that in my day....I read the other reviews... Staff is helpful, this gym is not super crowded. Totally loving it! Has all the necessary machined for a good workout

Nikko Giron and Illiana Duarte are the best trainers. If you need real advice on workout, do yourself a favor and ask for these two awesome people. They will help you out without putting any firewalls. Am sore but am happy!

The gym is pretty brand new so the equipment is fairly good condition. The only qualms I have about this gym is the lack of squat racks and benching areas. Sure they have smith machines, but you just dont feel the same when its an assisted movement versus using your core to stabilize the weight.

Recently joined and the same day of joining was already telling everyone how nice and clean it was! Staff is super friendly and helpful; no pressure to join or upgrade. Within the week I had already upgraded to enjoy the spa area. I was pleasantly surprised with all you get for such little cost. A clean gym that smells good and had friendly people motivated me to go.
