Planet Fitness

On a break between jobs today. I literally just walked in, and walked out because I was disgusted. I was taken aback by the stinky, dirty, muggy air when I first walked in the door. I walked into the women's locker room, and the toilet stall was out of tissue, so I used another stall. The place looks like it needs a good, thorough cleaning and to be kept up regularly. The floors were filthy. The front staff was friendly and greeted me, but when I left they were behind the front desk and didn't seem to notice me leaving.

This gym is so gross. They have roaches and refuse to do anything about it. They don’t clean nor replenish the bathrooms. They are super homeless friendly and won’t call the cops. But they will close the. Bathroom at select hours to try to get you to leave. Worst 24/7 location in the area. It’s such a shame.

This planet fitness has kind of a weird layout, I don't love it. The staff I've interacted with arent always the nicest. Sometimes they're fine and other times kinda rude. On more than one occasion I've tried to go workout only to find the gym unexpectedly closed during normal business hours. They let you go to the next closest gym when that happens but it really shouldn't happen. If it's out of their control, they should send out an email blast like other gyms to let you know not to drive all the way over.

This is now my home club gym since it is close to Knott's Berry farm and the public library. So the location is great for black card tourists such as myself. As far as the gym goes, most (if not all) of the equipment is operational. The restrooms and lockers are clean. The staff behaves professionally and greets it's members well. No complaints. Every cent I get charged from this gym is well worth it.

Planet Fitness is not my preferred gym, however I enjoyed the experience at this location. There’s never really that many people, so finding a machine to work at was quick and easy. I prefer LA Fitness, in my opinion, but I come here with my mom to keep her going strong. Stay motivated.

It is a great location when you are a black card member. The layout is very different from your other Planet Fitness Gyms. The bathroom maintain. The front desk are very professional. I'm able to use all the equipments without waiting. Usually when it is not busy or the mornings to the afternoon.

Great Staff. Dan was very helpful, friendly, & compassionate. He was so kind to US. Thank you Dan!!BEST GYM! Shrug homeless they are EVERYWHERE IN country. We travel the whole country. Don't let that stop you its a nice place.PS we need more people like Dan.

Vast space and equipment. Sometimes the weights get used up, as well as the barbell stations. Other then that this place is great

This is my favorite gym / location . This gym is clean clean clean, the team is very friendly and helpful.

Honestly one of the best locations I've been to yet. Staff are awesome, and this place is open 24/7. Definitely coming back to this location.
