If this is the planet fitness on Knott and Lincoln then they get 5 stars. Based on hours, water pressure for showers, the staff (Well one lovely staff) my girlfriend says they don't sweep or clean the women's locker room as much which is a bummer but I use the men's so that is her problem.

Clean, everyone wipes down their machines with sanitizer when they're done. They have all the basic machines you need but no normal Olympic bench press with free weights, no real squat racks, no pool, no basketball court, no steam room or sauna, and I've never heard the Lunk alarm go off!

There worker James helped me so much I had a little bit of a heart arrhythmia episode and I hadn’t realized the workers here are so kind and caring making sure I was okay to drive. James is such a kind person and a good face to planet fitness.Thank you so much

Great gym to get a good work out. Good thing they just loaded rhis place with new equipment. But they bought too much equipment now there is not a place to work out too much equipment it's too cluttered. I don't know if it's a good thing or not.

The place is clean and employees are super friendly. I got the black card membership which is supposed to come with free training, but there are no trainers ever on-site. I'm told they haven't had trainers in 2 years. Make sure they have trainers before you pay that membership. I would love to know if they will refund the difference for the regular $10 a month.
