I have been a member at this location for 6 years, and have been very happy with the cleanliness, the staff and the equipment. I recently had 2 issues that were addressed immediately.... The manager, Connie was most helpful.I would like to suggest that the reclining bikes needs some calibration. Also, would love to see the hair dryers back! Thank you for all your hard work! I am very happy with this facility!

I only used my membership a handful of times before the pandemic closed everything down. Since then I've had surgery, and haven't been able to go. I called to cancel my membership and they said that I need to have a medical professional sign off on why I can't be in the gym. I'm not able to drive right now, but in order to cancel, I have to go on their website and locate the paperwork needed, print it out and take it to my surgeon's office to be filled out and signed and returned to them, before they stop charging me. Then I have to pay for what they've charged me in the meantime, even though I have a medical reason for canceling, in order to cancel the membership. This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. They don't require you to have medical clearance to sign up, but you need a doctor to cancel your membership. Especially with the pandemic right now, this policy is completely unrealistic. But of course, this was not made clear before signing up, or I never would have done it. Why pay over $30 a month then when I could go to catalyst for $10 a month and not need to jump through hoops to cancel a gym membership when I should be focusing on my recovery. I made it clear while signing up that I had back problems and this policy was never mentioned. Of course I was there looking to work out with my friend and signed up to be able to do that together at the time and didn't imagine that something like this was written in there. Who would even imagine needing a doctor to cancel a gym membership? So of course the fine print was overlooked. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!

I am so happy I joined this gym. The class selection and times are great. The membership came with 2 training sessions and a few of their other power30 classes (which will be fun to try out). Today I was shown how to use all of the machines and a plan was made for me, so I know exactly what to do when I come in. No other gym has done that for me, at least not since Bally total fitness was around. Obviously that was a long time ago and two kids later I have new things to work on than I did when I was in my early 20s. The atmosphere is great and they make you feel comfortable being there. No one is pushy and everyone seems to have a helpful but laid back vibe. I noticed a lot of these other reviews are negative because some past members didn't understand their contract or had a difficult time cancelling their memberships. You do get a copy of the contract when you sign up, if people took the time to read it I think that most of those inconveniences would have been avoided.

I was highly disappointed with the staff/trainers. I got shuffled around therefore no one got to know me and what my goals were. I have given up and now pay way too much money a month for a gym where I'm setting up my own workouts. I tried …

Women only, all shapes and sizes, always friendly faces! Not too crowded; never have to wait for a favorite machine or area. Great class schedule with lots to offer. A few more yoga classes (and/or if offered different types of yoga) would make it perfect!

I really love this gym, I've been to all the BACs, even before closing, and this is hands down my favourite. Recently renovated, spacious, clean, and generally pleasant. Staff seem efficient but not overtly friendly. Trainers are good, but …

I absolutely hate this gym. The girl who signed me up kept pushing and blocking me in to pay for this membership. She wouldn't let me go home and think rather or not I wanted to join. This place has a ton of machines both cardio and …
