It's a variety of exercises. Something different every time. I love that it works all parts of your body and your coach is like a personal trainer. It's a great way for me to stay on track and get a great workout done, so I can meet my goals. Also, they play great music.

Friendly place that uses data (arm bands which track heart rate) to encourage you to do better. When doing this with friends it's a lot of fun to each push yourselves to get more splat points and such. Gamification of fitness is definitely motivating, if it's motivating for you this is a great option.

Orangetheory has a great team of coaches and a variety of awesome members. In the beginning I was a bit shy and uncertain in a new setting. The coaches were kind and welcoming - they knew my name after my first class with each of them! Which I thought was super impressive.Around this time last year there was a transformation challenge and that was when the community aspect became more prevalent for me. It allowed me to connect with people who had similar goals and similar times they were visiting the gym. Their positivity helped me create and maintain healthy habits for the months leading up to my wedding in July!!Admittedly, life has been a little bit of a mixed bag since July and I haven’t been to as many classes as I used to attend. BUT when I walk back in the building - I’m greeted with smiles and friendly check-ins 🧡

In 2021 a colleague traveling for work asked if I wanted to join her for a workout at OTF boulevard and I was hooked after the first class! I rejoined a few months ago after taking some time off and I just wish I would have returned to the studio sooner. The coaches and staff are all really great, they help with form, bring energy to the class, and create a great vibe. The members are all pretty nice too. I can honestly say I have no complaints. I don’t own a fitness watch or track my steps, but I do love using the ot beat heart rate monitor to help guide my workouts. I should also note, I had no issues when I needed to freeze then cancel my membership last year. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I've been an Orangetheory member since 2018, and was fiercely dedicated to my home studio in Tracy, CA. Then covid hit and the management that took over completely changed the community and culture in a heartbreaking way.Fast forward to August 2021, I had moved across the country and now found myself closest to "The Boulevard" OTF Studio. The community and coaches were so friendly, inviting, and encouraging. I was beyond out of shape but with their help, slowly built myself back up. I quickly befriended many members, ran races with the coaches, and got to enjoy company-sponsored events thrown by the studio manager, Jess. This studio became "home" in a way that my original home-studio used to be. Well, my original home studio did not want to let go of my membership. But Manager Jess, Head Coach Ashley, and several other staff members fought for me for SEVEN months consistently to get my membership transferred to this studio. **my desire to switch studios/who my home studio was did not impact my membership, this was something I wanted so that my monthly fees would support the studio supporting me.I love what this studio has done for me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I could never say enough wonderful things about this studio and staff.
