Buffalo Cryo is awesome! I'm a regular here frequenting both Cryotherapy and Sauna. Whether you are looking for some relief or improvement on athletic performance and recovery, this is the place. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and is always willing to answer questions. Dr. Fey is a retired US Navy veteran with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and he knows his field very well. I've seen a mixed crowd of both men and women of all ages. Me and my fiancé often do a 30 minute dual sauna session if we are looking for a day of relaxation. I recommend the Cryotherapy too, its not too cold and fun to try.

Jake was incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how to heal it. My experience was fun, enlightening, and definitely worth doing again. I felt excellent immediately after and well into the next day (slept fantastic). Buffalo cryo is on my list of places to visit next time I'm in town. Thanks for the experience and the excellent conversation surrounding health and wellness.

Was in Buffalo for a sporting event with my kids. Searched for a Cryo facility because they were sore and wanted to go. They let us come in, literally minutes before they close. Called the next day (Sunday) at 11:30, they close at 12:00. Spoke to Doc and he let both my kids come in for one more round. The customer service was above and beyond. Explained everything in detail. Facility was fun and inviting! Knowledge, clean, friendly!! Highly, highly recommend this place! It will always be our “go to” when we are visiting Buffalo.

Love going to Buffalo cryo Dr fey and Trent are so fun and more importantly knowledgeable. I have been having neck back and hips problems for years after a car accident. Doing cryotherapy helps manage my pain and inflammation. I always leave feeling better. They also do stretching and cupping which helps my mobility. I cant wait to do the hot sauna next time!

BuffaloCryo is the best for cryotherapy. Jake and Pat know their stuff and are great guys every time I have been there. I try to go at least once a week for inflammation control from multiple injuries from a life of playing sports and pretending to be invincible. The chamber is cold but they talk to you and distract you so you can get through the 3 minutes at the coldest temp possible for maximum healing. I have been to several other cryo chambers, including others that have tried to open in Buffalo and back when traveling was a thing. If I was in a place for a week, I would schedule a session. None of them anywhere have compared to BuffaloCryo, it is hands down the very best. Highly recommend!

Pat and Jake are the best. As an "older" athlete, Cryo has helped me sustain my training at a high level compared to others in my age bracket. In fact, it is a weekly part of my training and recovery schedule. And there is no better place than BuffalyCryo to receive this great "assist" to your exercise program. Highly recommend!
