So affordable, lots of equipment for the price.

I have been a member almost 10 years. During the last several months there has been a decline. Equipment broken for almost a year. I enjoy the women's section. However, staff and patrons are removing Equipment and not returning it. Today there was not one bench and half the weights were missing. A patron was angry and vented on a staffmember. Staff ignores this. In the past they used to check the facilities and now, they are on their phones or talking. There were repairs on Equipment done regularly. I have seen a repairman once this past year.

maintenance dude has absolutely no mechanical ability at all. im guessing he BSed his way to the job. every pc of equipment has basic mechanics that can be easily repaired when you have the knowledge. more and more out of order signs are popping up. bench seats losing bolts. leaving them lose and unsafe. all equipment should be inspected on a weekly bases. its a simple job if you know what you are doing. he is clueless. time to hire someone who can do the job.

Much broken equipment!! Refuses to give any refund after I paid for a year membership!!!

I loved this gym untill recently, because the staff use to be on top of things untill a group of their friends started going to the gym, now the allow people to blast obnoxious music and scream profanities on the top of their lungs, and it is ruining the workout for the rest of us.

Called to cancel a membership that my daughter initiated when she lived at home. Had been getting repeated charges for over a year. Was told to email manager to cancel membership. Did that and then was given a BS line that all charges within thirty days would still be charged. Happy to pay for something that we use but this is a joke. This place is in the business of charging people that aren't paying attention and then when you call the out they stick it to you again. Very bad optics. Buyer beware! Will be initiating complaint with Better Business Bureau.

For the price, you get a no frills gym with a fantastic manager. For the average middle ager, you have a great option on camp rd

I am extremely unhappy with Crunch. They rope you in to paying an annual fee even after you cancel your membership. Corporate does not have a phone number, only an email and does not work with you under any circumstances. Please save yourself some money and get a membership at another gym. Their gyms are also very small and have too many people. This company is a complete scam.

Some of the machines, there is only one of, so you have to wait an hour for someone to get of their phone and finish their workout so you can finally use the machine. there is also very little open area for free range workouts, and with the little open are there is, they told me I couldn't workout there because they were about to do a class there. There should be a separate area for classes, not in the middle of the main gym area, so they can take up all of the open room. The water fountain also has warm water that somehow smells terrible
