Crunch Fitness - Niagara Falls

I have been attending this gym for many years and consider it one of the best in Niagara County!Friendly staffClean (most of the time)Definitely a gym feel environment, not to over the top fancy.They have upgraded.Only thing the company could use is a pool.

I liked going there but the got rid of being open 24 hours after Covid so I stopped going would definitely go back if they made it 24 hours again

This is my Sun's gym, I just pay for his membership. He says he likes it. Buts sometimes the sauna is out. Staff was very friendly when I went in to sign him up.

Better than our Crunch in Canada. Great equipment and a good atmosphere. One of our stops every time we go to the US.

Went to this gym on a guest pass while in town and the girl working was nice showed me around answered all my questions. Lots of equipment too. Clean friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

It's not as good as it used to be. It seems like mostly adults were running the place when I first started here, and all/most machines were up and running well. Now, it seems like a glorified high school gym full of teenagers wearing stuff that if I wore in public, I'd probably be arrested. Several machines I like are broken and have been broken for at least a month, half the treadmills sound like they're exploding when you're running on them, and now half the staff are what I'd presume to be teenagers playing on their phones to the point that even if you ask a question, there's a good chance they wouldn't even acknowledge you.It's almost the exact same price as other gyms, so I'd suggest going somewhere else.

It is pretty gross here. Set my phone in the holder on the elliptical and took it out to see chewed gum inside. Disgusting. Don't ever see employees cleaning, but thankfully many of the people working out do wipe down machines after their use... But not all. I feel bad my insurance paid for my membership here because the environment is perfect for breeding illnesses.Everybody is nice and minds their own business though, which is great.

Missing a few machines compared to Cheektowaga location but otherwise great place to workout... no one stares to long at you & the Hit zone has alot more options for cardio compared to Cheektowaga.. I would come a second time for sure...Note: this is only location i have ever seen an actual weight scale... this was cool

I love this place staff is very friendly and helpful. I especially love the way they greet you at the door. They have different programs for you to join, the price isn't bad at all. The equipment is great also and it's not hard to learn just go in do the work you'll be so happy that you did. It's time to get healthy. I've met some amazing people too. The music they play is also a plus. I recommend everyone to go. I was skeptical about it at first but now that I go I love it and you will too

Great gym been going for years. Some of the employees are a little weird but great place for workout. Employees can help u if they are not busy. People are nice for most part. The gym has it's annoying kids sometime but it's okay. The gym is great for doing a wide variety of workouts. The gym has LOTS of equipment to do workouts, I recommend it. I give it 4 stars not 5 because there are weird people that workout here sometimes people record others for fun. So watch out for weird people. They were never there when I first came here 10 years ago. They are a recent thing probably cause of social media. Anyway I LOVE this place. This review is for general public.
