Sam is one of a kind and you won’t find anyone better. Do you have a physical challenge? He’s your guy! He will work with your strengths, while adapting around your challenges. I have spastic diplegia Cerebral Palsy. Thanks in part to Sam, I have gone from morbid obesity to the best shape of my life!!! This man has your back! Trust me and trust Sam!

The best decision I've made in awhile was to start training with Sam at Seraphim Personal Training. Sam is very knowledgeable and tailors my training sessions to my abilities, while motivating me to push myself further than I could do on my own. Physically and mentally my experience with SPT has been extremely beneficial!

I have been working with Sam for about a month now. I came to Sam to work on my balance, core, and to strengthen some areas that have been injured in the past. The workouts change each time and are fun in a challenging way. I highly recommend Sam and I cannot wait to see my progress in a few months!

I started with Sam this year when my friend recommended him. So I decided to tag along and my friend and he let me do sessions with him so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable as I always had a little uncertainty about going to the gym and or exercise classes. I immediately was put at ease by Sam. He asked in such a manor what was wrong/what I needed and I felt very comfortable relatively quick. I started working with him and my shoulder issues started to improve. I was also going to PT at the same time and I was getting more from Sam then the PT. By no means am I saying not to go to PT but Sam's thoroughness was amazing. My shoulder improved and I started to attend his "recovery" classes and I'm definitely in a better place physically. I can't thank Sam enough. I highly recommend him.

I have worked with Sam on and off the last 11 years. Sam is the most genuine, experienced and committed trainer I’ve worked with. Sam has helped me achieve both fitness and nutritional goals. I’ve worked through some physical setbacks and have always felt confident in Sam’s ability to show me the correct ways to workout so that I avoid injury. Sam begins each session with a warm up and always has your workout plan ready for you. No matter your goals, Sam is going to help you achieve them, his knowledge of health and fitness are top notch! There is no judgement when you walk into the doors of Seraphim Personal Training. I Highly Recommended Sam for your personal training and health needs.

Sam truly has a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. He brings that passion everyday to his training program!My Son sees him weekly and it has really made a difference in how he views his health through his fitness, and the results speak for themselves! Sam is a great trainer but an even better guy! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is prepared to put in some hard work, but to also see amazing results!

Sam is fantastic! I have worked with other personal trainers before, but Sam is by far the best experience I have had. He is dedicated to his clients and tailors each session to your needs and desires. There is no “cookie-cutter” approach to his workouts.Beyond his years of experience training individuals, he has participated in every type of activity–– from marathons to boxing to swimming. Such involvements have provided him with the healthy knowledge to train the body safely and effectively. I have been working with Sam for a little over a month. He customized my workout plan and nutrition based on my wants and needs. He is patient, encouraging, and understands his clients needs. I have seen great progress during my short time of working with Sam. The gym has all necessary equipment for successful work out sessions. My most favorite part of my sessions is cuddles with Office Manager Draco. Highly recommend Sam and his personal training services.
