I worked out here with Jeff about 4x weekly for almost 5 years before relocating to Niagara Falls. I miss The Locker family . I hae tried two other places. Neither was as fun or rewarding. Give it a try and stick with it.

Curious about CrossFit? Not sure if it's the right workout for you? Maybe you're familiar with this type of programming, but didn't care for the experience you had at a "CrossFit" gym. The Hurt Locker is different. The weekly workouts are balanced in a way that prevents muscle imbalances. Great place if you want a productive workout regardless of your ability or experience. The Heat Locker Yoga is upstairs as well.

What a good CrossFit gym! Jeff Wass was very attentive to assure your form is correct! I attended while visiting relatives in Clarence! Absolutely loved Jeff and the people. They make you feel welcome no matter which fitness level you are at! And an added plus it was the cleanest and most organized CrossFit gym I have been to. I travel a lot so have been to many around the country and in Europe! Thanks Jeff!

This place is simply amazing. It has helped me be the strongest, and most lean I have ever been in my life. The owner is a Marine Corp Veteran, and gets to know every client so well to help us reach our goals. If you are feeling like you are in a fitness slump, or need to shake it up - I encourage you to give this place a try! You won't regret it!
