I’ve trained here a few times now with Kristin (whom I adore!) and absolutely love the facility. It’s clean and bright and airy, and parking is also convenient. I like that the space is small and personal but also large enough that I don’t feel like I’m lacking for equipment.Also, if you’re looking for a fun, positive female trainer, I highly recommend Kristin! She has the best energy and creates wonderful workouts catered to your needs.

When I was looking for a location to get back into shape and to hire a personal trainer, I came across Josh Yakes/his team of trainers and Conquer All Things. I love the meaning behind Conquer All Things name because as someone who has struggled with their weight, the mindset piece is important to get started and to keep going. Josh and his team are super passionate about all things fitness and nutrition to help us achieve his clients goals. When I first got started after not working out for awhile, he didn't overload me/kill me during my first few sessions like another trainer had done in the past. I have been training for months now and I have more energy and am seeing results! If you're looking for a group of trainers that care about you, your fitness goals, and your overall well-being then this is a place I would recommend highly!!

Started working with trainer Josh Yakes two years ago, and have lost 50 lbs of body fat and gained 15 lbs of muscle...at age 55! Conquer All Things is a great combination of a welcoming, low-key space with high-intensity workouts, tailored to your individual needs. I liked working with Josh so much, I became his business partner! Please call and make an appointment to stop by and say "hi" soon, we'd love to meet you. If the crowded big box gyms are not your style, Conquer All Things is the place to be. Spacious, clean, airy and fun, and the results speak for themselves.

If you’re looking for the perfect personal trainer &/ or private gym, look no further! Josh, the master trainer / owner of Conquer All Things has created the perfect environment to get you into the shape you’ve always dreamed you could be in. Josh seriously knows his stuff. Whether you are looking to add size or strength, or shred down for the coming summer, he has got you covered. I started noticing a huge difference after just a few sessions. Not to mention he can create custom meal plans and workouts for the rest of your week. The gym itself is super clean, and all the equipment is top notch and in perfect condition. Josh finds a way to keep it fresh and new so the workouts never get boring, I still look forward to every upcoming session! Honestly, couldn’t be a better spot for one to achieve their fitness goals!

Training at Conquer All Things with Josh is the place to be if you want to look and feel amazing. The owner Josh is extremely knowledgeable and is always switching up my workout routine to keep it fun and Interesting. He can also create a custom workout, and nutrition plan for you. The gym itself is super neat and clean and a great space to workout in. I personally love the turf and the sled, I have never seen a gym sled before and it’s awesome! I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Josh, and I am always excited for our next workout. I've been training with Josh for two years and could not ask for a better trainer. He provides a safe space and learning environment that has me looking forward to my workouts. Each session is different and we are continuously switching up the exercises that keep me entertained and have really strengthened my body, I can not praise his work enough and if you are even thinking of working with a trainer, he is it.

Josh is a great and very educated trainer! First of all he cares about his client's goals and guide you to achieve exactly what you want. The approach is totally individual for everybody, which is what you want. He makes you work hard for the whole hour you have with him. And on top of everything else he's a very knowledgeable nutritionist. You wanna work hard and achieve your body goals? This place is for you!

Josh at Conquer All Things Fitness is a great trainer. He takes the time to understand your goals, put a plan together, and keep you honest. The studio is clean, has a variety of equipment, and is in a great location. Highly recommend.
