I've been going to Kali for over a year now and I just love the vibe and energy here! The coaches are really helpful and the overall community is great. The skill level of members range from beginner to expert. The community is very positive which is why I always look forward to coming here.

Ask for the "Kung Pao" workout. Yes, it's the worst pain I've ever experienced, yes death's smirk haunts light headedness, but the satisfaction of pushing your physical and mental limits beyond the realm of any shade of familiarity is savagely fierce!

If you want to get in shape with outstanding coaches who are the best this is the place. Cross fit makes you work your whole body. Every work out is different which makes it interesting and fun.

Being a member of Kali is like being part of a family, each coach spends time with his member, u don’t become a number just like u would be at 24H Fitness, LA Fitness, Crunch and all the other factory fitness clubs where the focus is on the money and getting more n more sales n members, I know because I’ve been there and am so happy I joined Kali, no extra charge for advise or coaching, u get this ? If u want to experience the difference I strongly recommend to come and meet with Bo, Nestor, JB, Joshua and Peace because they will treat u as a valuable FAMILY member than just a one out of thousand paying member!

Been looking for a workout that I would actually enjoy doing, Kali S&C is truly a blessing! I have tried 24hrs fitness, kickboxing, zumba classes and did the usual im gonna start on Monday spiels and end up paying monthly on a gym I never go. THIS IS DIFFERENT! You will feel welcomed, cheered on and motivated! You will be looking forward on working out instead of dragging yourself. Exercises are fun and challenging. THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT, BE HEALTHY AND STRONG IS WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FUN WORKING OUT! thanks to the coaches, I am at my best bec you are all soo awesome!!!

By far the best investment I’ve made in the last couple of months! I’ve been a gym enthusiast for years now, but this is the best I’ve had. It’s not your ordinary gym where you do crunches and bench presses. And it’s not your typical Bootcamp class where they give you WODs without teaching you proper form. They offer classes similar to Crossfit and Bootcamp, yet at an affordable and competitive price!What I like most about them is how they teach you the basics and the proper form for each movement, and how they dedicate themselves to ensure that you just don’t lose weight, but how they also help you achieve and sustain a healthy lifestyle.Check them out and see for yourself! Hands down to all the staff and coaches of Kali S&C, and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be fit, healthy and strong, and anyone who’s motivated enough to be the best version of themselves 🙌🏼

The programs offered at Kali are the best! Having a coach who not only teaches skills and techniques but also provides constant motivation and inspiration makes an hour workout a lot more effective - making me want to do more. There is constant positive energy in every class - everyone is supportive of each other. Amazing coaches, great equipment, and an overall awesome environment to be in! Workouts are difficult but difficult enough to push you in the right direction. Doesn’t matter who you are...Kali welcomes everyone! The coaches will work one on one with you to challenge you, motivate you, and make sure you’re doing everything in the proper way. For someone who hasn’t worked out in 6 months, this gym was the perfect fit for me to get me back on track. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym!
