Clean, friendly and a great environment overall. Good place to train. They have different classes you can choose from to get your workout on. The BJJ has great people to teach basics and advanced skills. Would continue to support this place.I do wish they offer discounts for more than 1 people to join and cross training.

Visited this gym while on vacation and it was awesome. The staff was friendly, the culture was inviting and fun and the jiujitsu is top notch. The Bang Muay Thai class was energetic and hard work. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who trains or interested in starting to train.

I came to this gym just about 7 years ago as a student the experience has been second to none. I have grown to be a better person and Jiu jitsu has made my life better. My demeanor is more tranquil and my outlook on day to day situations is more rational.I began teaching here not long after my first belt promotion and have been doing it for a little over 6 years, through those years as an instructor I realized that I am not the “product” this business is offering. The students are. They are an extension of all of the years of training our coaching staff has gathered and shared over decades of hard work. As a team of coaches we all realize this and it’s why so much care goes into our programs. So if you’re looking for a new gym whether you’re experienced or looking to try something new please stop by.

Been doing this for about a year and a half now. I don’t know how many places like this make their community the first priority to feel welcome but they definitely show it for those who are new that enter Legacy. If you want something that’ll help you get in shape, trying new skills, or any goal in particular I recommend trying it out. Enjoy the journey and hope to see you soon.
