They cut my lock at 9:00 pm on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. They had signs saying the gym would be closing at 10pm BUT NOTHING about cutting locks at 9 PM so they can clean up on time. I told the front desk and she confirmed they were NO SIGNS stating the locks would be getting cut. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I guess that what you get when you pay 10 bucks a month so it's my fault, really. Ugh.

Three men bullied my girlfriend at this gym and the gym allowed it. My girlfriend was afraid for life. Happened at the Sylmar location, as well. They don’t enforce their own rules in the 30 minute workout and members use it for sets. They fill their cleaning bottles with water which is highly ineffective. The gym is filled with thugs who bully people.

This gym is awful. People sit at machines like they are camping out on it. The employees don’t care. And three men bullied me at the gym, guys that the front desk guy claimed were his buddies. Wow. They also want you to clean machines with the water in the spray bottles that does nothing to clean the machines. They don’t enforce their own rules and the manager seems like she has less than a high school degree.

Very cool ambiance! The music is good, and there is a lot of equipment to use. It is not too crowded, so it is ideal for a peaceful workout.

They really need to set time limits for the machines other than the 30 minute training yellow ones. This gym is insanely packed everyday and some people hog the machine for over 30 minutes to almost hours and since there is no policy in place they feel entitled to the machines and dont allow others to use it.

The work crew was helpful and friendly, especially helping me upgrade myself to the black card. The best part of this gym is that there's not many people that come in, so there are a lot of free spots to work out.

Warning others that your car could be at risk of break ins at Planet Fitness Burbank. The gym inside is nice and clean but I’ve seen some sketchy stuff in the parking lot and now this :(

To be honest i love everything about this gym, that is why i have been a member for the past several years and paying money here. The workers are amazing and Howard is an amazing manager hands down. But recently an incident happened that is making me question there policies and regulations. The issue i had was with a GM named magoly. So heres the story. Another member decided to harass me while i was showering because she believed my bag was in the wrong spot and had asked me to move it. I had told here that i will be done with the shower shortly. Regardless of where the bag was there is something called COMMON SENSE, I am showering and you do not question or harass me during this time of privacy! After stating that i will be out shortly she decides to start cussing me out loudly and calling me names for no apparent reason! Within minutes she called the GM(magoly) in which she also came up to my shower! Now they are both harassing me instead of giving me my privacy and space which is very unethical for a GM to do! For the fact that the GM was also harassing me and condoning another member to harass me is very unprofessional. I quickly got out the shower and dressed up half way so i can handle this situation. I went up to her and explained how she did not handle this the right way and should not be siding with other members after the other member just harassed me. She continues that she did not handle this the incorrect way and if i have a problem about it to call and complain to headquarters. I will do much more then that! I will not take this complaint lightly and will take it to the furthest extent because no member who was just harassed should go through this!

Pretty busy. The whole place is kept super clean which is great. I do wish the water fountain could accommodate more than one person at the time though. The company is slow to replace the smaller pieces of equipment but the machines do get repaired pretty quickly.

PF is a franchise gym and they’re located throughout the country. Every location varies in equipments and gym size. This PF Burbank is clean, spacious and followed health protocol. Staff were nice and friendly. Parking lot was decent in size and easy to park. Men’s locker room was clean and spacious. They have all the equipment that we need. Overall, it’s a good and decent gym to workout.
