I was pretty shocked by their customer service. I’ve reached out to give feedback numerous times both to Burlington directly and the main website, explaining my customer service experience, but yet keep getting passed onto another staff member or another email….so nothing is actually being acknowledged.

Very happy to have a new, clean, large gym with tons of amenities and fair pricing. Front desk staff members are super friendly. Having the options to take spin, yoga, Zumba, HIIT, and strength training classes means there’s really something for everybody here, plus tanning and hydro massage chairs! The Crunch app makes planning and keeping track of your classes a breeze. Aman and his team have done an awesome job. :)

Worked out this morning for my first day here and it was excellent! I was a member to another gym that was twice as much and didn’t include tanning.My membership here includes it all! I live far away but work close by so I need to get ready for work here. The showers are gorgeous-frosted glass doors and HUGE!One thing I would change is better lighting for the makeup mirror in the bathroom.There are so many machines I haven’t even seen before. The customer service is great and super spacious. SO EXCITED!!!

Really solid facility, especially for the price.I took 1 star off because the place is a sauna and feels like there’s no airflow. Definitely a fixable issue though.Also for any tall lifters that see this a lot of their machines aren’t big enough for me to use. Not taking a star away for that because it’s not a problem most people will have.
