I was pretty shocked by their customer service. I’ve reached out to give feedback numerous times both to Burlington directly and the main website, explaining my customer service experience, but yet keep getting passed onto another staff member or another email….so nothing is actually being acknowledged.

Worked out this morning for my first day here and it was excellent! I was a member to another gym that was twice as much and didn’t include tanning.My membership here includes it all! I live far away but work close by so I need to get ready for work here. The showers are gorgeous-frosted glass doors and HUGE!One thing I would change is better lighting for the makeup mirror in the bathroom.There are so many machines I haven’t even seen before. The customer service is great and super spacious. SO EXCITED!!!

Gym is great, especially late at night when there is no one there. Although it’s great I will say that the weights feel a little off to me, as a power lifter that has picked many different weights the ones at crunch feel very light.

First time member at Crunch coming from PF. A major upgrade! I absolutely love it here machines and weights for everyone. The staff is amazing! I've found my new gym home!
