Great studio and the best coaches! My 6:15am classes are with BG, Nikki, or Courtney - they really keep me motivated and the entire class energized!I've been a member since October and i've seen the difference in my strength, energy and a bit of weight loss as well. It's a great fitness option for everyone but especially those that don't have the motivation to create their own workout plan or the discipline to workout regularly (ME!).

I started working out at Orangetheory 5 years ago and I cannot say enough about how it has improved my strength, my overall health and my mental well-being. The coaches and staff are amazing! They care so much about their members and push us every day to be better, stronger versions of ourselves.

About to hit my 100th class...LOVE that an app tracks the number of classes and makes it easy to sign up for classes ahead of time...LOVE the coaches...LOVE the set up for workouts...LOVE the frequent challenges...LOVE the opportunities for fun added...Orangetheory Staff certainly do a great job of thinking outside the box! Can't wait to sign that 250 classes board!

I love OTF and the fun workout environment they create! The specialty workouts and theme days are my favorite and I love being part of such a supportive community! I always feel accomplished after each workout because of the support and encouragement provided by the coaches to give your best during each class!

It only took me one class to know this was the workout I've been looking for, for a very long time.I tried to write a new one, but can't figure out how. It's been 5 months and I would give OTF Burlington more than 5 stars if I could!
