Love this place! My favorite is the BLACKLIGHT GLOWGA!! All the various classes are great though. The heat makes my aches & pains go away & lets my stretches more natural & deeper than without heat. You will sweat & detox, make sure to bring water & a towel!

My partner and I came to a class here and we were instantly hooked! Bill has created such a welcoming, warm (literally and figuratively) and accessible atmosphere. It can be challenging, but is always totally doable, and most importantly, fun!

Thoughtful, interesting classes that approach yoga in a variety of ways. For all levels, a wonderful group of teachers. And a beautiful space, the gentle heat brings a lot to the practice.

I came here after striking out with a lot of other yoga studios and fell in love with it! Unpretentious and welcoming with classes for any ability level, great instruction from awesome teachers, affordable classes, free lot parking, and an easy location. I've learned so much and always leave feeling as though I've been challenged but in an enjoyable, rewarding, relaxing way. Can't say enough wonderful things about it!!

Absolutely love this studio. My practice has grown in so many ways since joining them for my first class. The instructors are warm, wise and wonderful. Many class options for beginners and long-term yogis. Go take a class!

I love the classes at Hot Yoga Burlington and Bill's classes are what I attend the most. He gives great attention to the integration of gesture, posture, comfort and support, and how to move with grace and flow. He explains how to attend to the physiology of movement as well the pleasure . It's also just healthy and FUN!

There are a lot of yoga studios in Burlington and I'm sure many are excellent. We've become regulars at Hot Yoga. The studio is bright (and warm). Instruction tends towards the friendly, informal and fun. Students are from teenagers to 80's, with a fair number of out of town visitors dropping in. The infrared heat is warm, but not hot. Bring some water anyway. Classes end with chilled towels for all.

I have been regularly attending classes at HYB for about 18 months, and I enthusiastically recommend it to all levels of students. Each of the teachers brings a unique perspective to class, keeping the practice both refreshing and reliably excellent. The space is ideal for anyone exploring or familiar with hot yoga - bring a towel because you will sweat and you will enjoy it!

I'm not a seasoned yogi. Be that as it may, I have taken classes at other studios in the area. Hot Yoga Burlington has converted me! In fact, it's the only hot yoga studio I go because it has the best of everything. The owners are both talented, compassionate yoga instructors. The studio is calming and very clean. Bill's classes are rigorous, but supportive. He is always so well prepared to take you on a mental journey, as well as a physical one. I find I can move at my own pace and find the perfect balance. For me, this is yoga at its truest form. My body starts to immediately feel warm, more flexible than ever, and then proceeds to completely detox by sweating every drop of water out of my body. The therapeutic Far infrared is divine for my osteoarthritis. I always leave feeling like a new person.

This is an amazing yoga studio. The teachers are all unique, but all fabulous. The "all levels" classes are great for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. The heated studio is warm but the infrared heat makes it less humid and more therapeutic than other hot yoga studios where I have practiced. Bill is always bringing fresh themes and types of yoga into the studio. It is a professional studio and very welcoming. The stand up paddleboard classes at the sailing center are a great way to celebrate summer.
