To say I am obsessed is an understatement.The Body Lab has literally saved my sanity. Sydney’s effervescence is the perfect way to start the day, and her workouts have not only gotten me in great shape, but helped me heal after multiple surgeries.While I reference the owner Sydney’s classes, I could say this about any class and any instructor. Regular workouts here have made me strong enough for anything. You won’t regret a moment spent at The Body Lab!

We had a blast at this studio! My pilates studio staff was on retreat in Vermont and 5 of my instructors and myself went to Sydney's studio to take a class with her. She was so welcoming and a great reminder of how wonderful the Pilates community is and how fun it is to collaborate and play together! Thank you Sydney!

The Body Lab has made me one of those people. You know, the kind who you only have to talk to for five minutes before they find a way to talk about Pilates. Not sorry about it! At 40, their athletic reformer classes have gotten me in the best shape of my life. And that’s including a decade of yoga classes! The classes are fun, challenging and always a good time. Every instructor is encouraging and knowledgeable. But best of all, it’s a welcoming and fun community that I couldn’t imagine my life without!Be warned though. It’s totally addicting!

I am so thankful for The Body Lab! I've learned Pilates and gotten so much stronger and more flexible. The nature of Pilates is supported strength training, and it's great for all ages and fitness levels. Sydney and her crew are wonderful teachers, creating a friendly environment with plenty of classes, variety, super music, laughter, and fun in a sparkling clean studio. I can not think of a better postpartum workout after having three kids. Sydney and her team at The Body Lab are super professional and will personalize your workout for exactly where you’re at. I was new to the reformer and feel stronger now then before I had kids. Highly recommend!

I never thought I could do Reformer Pilates, but I was intrigued so I called to ask about it. Sydney was so reassuring that any body type and skill level can benefit. She was there for my first class to guide me through, and she was so supportive- I've been hooked ever since! It's exercise that is challenging, but easy on your joints. I have been going three times a week for 8 months and no two classes are the same so it remains exciting and effective! I'm so grateful that I found The Body Lab!
