Gym 1

I think they product itself is great. The only thing I wish they fixed or replaced are the cheap carabiners. The gate and the nose have VERY sharp edges. My little one cut his finger when it slammed closed while putting on the swing. And the edges of the gate snag all of the ropes and accessories causing them to start to fray.I went to REI with a carabiner in hand to check dimensions and found a much more suitable replacement that uses wire gates and actually has a load rating on it. Now it works just fine.Hopefully one day they replace these cheap biners with something even a bit better.

Bought this for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas and he loves it. It's great for when the weather outside is bad because he can swing inside. He uses his step stool to switch out the different attachments himself.

While the deluxe indoor playground I ordered looks great, it will not work for our space. I am giving GYM1 only 1 star due to their poor customer service. I have emailed the service email 4 times, I tried calling the number listed on the website several times (which seems to be disconnected), and even tried the live chat function but have not been able to speak with anyone about how to return the product. I am very frustrated, because I don’t know how to return my purchase! Also, after reading other reviews, it seems GYM1 has a history of terrible customer service.

I'm not sure why this company has only 3.5 stars rating, but I've had amazing experience with them. I bought the deluxe indoor gym for my children. It wasn't very expensive. It's so worth it! The owner was supportive to my concerns and the response time is very quick. My kids love their new indoor gym.. they play with it whole day.

Gym 1 has the worst website ever! The first page has print covering the whole page. Worse than that they advertise discounts but on the order page there is no place for discounts or discount codes, so you pay the full price. I was disgusted but still ordered because I had told my grandkids I was getting the sets for them. They need to follow through on their promises . They are not a first rate company with these major flaws.

Amazing fun for all my kids ages 1-11 to have fun and burn off energy. Doesn’t take up any room. Easy to put up and take down. We ordered off amazon who sent us the wrong package and Gym1 customer service was VERY quick to resolve the problem for us without going through the 3rd party. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have kids that are climbers and miss their outside playground time when weather isn’t on your side. Plus it grows with them, as they get older, they can use the door frame bar for exercising, or purchase other attachments for teens and adults.

In the beginning I was extremely skeptical of the Gym 1 system. I bought it for my 8 year old son and my 5 year old son with Autism. When I first installed it I was not happy with all of the strange noises that it made. So I posted an unsatisfactory review. Within 24 hours the owner of Gym 1 called me to get to the bottom of why I was not satisfied. He spoke with me for over 30 minutes as I explained every little noise that I heard. Come to find out all the creaking was normal. My boys have been using the system on a daily basis for months without any problems. The swing is very therapeutic for my son with Autism. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a solid indoor play gym for their children. Thank you for making a great product and for the excellent customer service Kiril!

Purchased the chin-up bar with extender. This is an excellent package that is very sturdy thanks to a great door frame support mechanism. Staff was excellent in helping me resolve my issues and the device is great! Have had over 200 lbs on the system without any issue at all. Great product and great service!
