Two years in to my membership at OTR Woburn, ALL the coaches are great, front desk staff is ALWAYS positive, efficient and helpful, and Orange Theory is a phenomenal workout every time! (I don’t like to workout actually … but the music and constant encouragement and clear framework keeps me motivated to keep coming back!)

Awesome coaches and staff—shout out to Josh, Hope, Lindsay, and Kyle! I love taking classes here. I’m a group fitness instructor myself and OTF is where I go for my own workouts. Super motivating atmosphere and every class is a new challenge. Don’t be discouraged if it feels overwhelming at first—after a few classes the format becomes easier to follow. The playlists are always great. I love being able to choose between running or power walking on the treads since classes are designed for both. Thank you OTF Woburn for all you do!

Awesome place over all. Possibly not a great fit for me. The response from some of the coaches to me changing the workouts to fit my specific goals and restrictions was both inappropriate and unprofessional. I ultimately left because one of the coaches was continually sexist and condescending. There are tons of classes to attend each day and many of the coaches really are fantastic.

It saddens me to write a negative review, but after spending so much money to never be able to make it to the class times, I figured I'd let others that don't work a 9-5 know. I pay $180 a month to workout here and at other OTF locations. The schedule here (and at most OTF locations) is not accommodating for people that don't work a 9-5 and classes are always full. I just cancelled my membership because the only time I could make it this week, I show up and am told I can't take the class because it's full. I'd rather go to a gym that is more accommodating to all different types of work schedules and that isn't as expensive for such limited hours. OTF really needs to consider adding classes between the hours of 1-4pm for people that work nights/overnights. With that being said, if the class times work for you, it is a good workout. Unfortunately, it is not worth it if you can't make it there at least 4x a week.Edit: Even before COVID the class schedule was geared towards catering to people with a 9-5 job schedule.
