Small numbers of key machines can make you wait in a queue to get the workout you planned.Otherwise a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Westmont Planet Fitness is very nice. Lots of great equipment, no wait for anything. Massage beds and chairs are awesome!!

Great place to workout without feeling self-conscious about my current physical shape )or lack there of) .. more than enough machines to accommodate everyone, and staff who can answer questions if you have any

Equipment great. Locker Rooms really nice but always dirty. Never any hot water, no matter what time you come in.

Too crowd and small parking lot. i was unable to find a parking spot and give up. I went to another planet fitness. I think this gym is good for local only. I drove to this place for 20 minutes and no parking spot.

The showers are always freezing cold I’ve told them about this problem time and time again and get no response. I have resorted to checking them before I work out and tell them and they always say someone forgot to turn on the hot water. Who’s job is this that never gets done. Today I was late for work because I had to stop my shower and shower at home. Very disappointed with this gym. I’m paying for a service that I’m not getting

Clean good planet. Upstairs has all cardio equipment and there is an elevator. Converted old historic theater building into a planet fitness and they did a good job. Great location on Haddon ave.

I just attempted to join this location. When I explained that I wanted to do a one month trial I was immediately asked by “Brian” if I had brought my bank information and routing number for my checking account. Not knowing the process I again tried to explain that I only wanted to join for one month to see if I liked the place before I made a long term commitment. Again I was immediately interrupted and told by Brian that “it ain’t going to happen tonight and that no gym will just let you sign up for one month.” At this point my daughter, who is a member, tried to ask if I could workout as a guest under her account. Again Brian was extremely rude and appeared to be unwilling to help. I had to convince my daughter to do her workout while I waited. At no time did Brian offer any assistance nor did he even attempt to explain the process of joining the club. I even inquired about paying a full year in advance and again I was told that without bank info I couldn’t join. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

shout-out to Brian!!! I lost my car keys in one of the treadmills on the 2nd level last night. Went to the front desk to check if anyone turned them in. Brian immediately without hesitations volunteered to help find them. He lifted treadmills, even looked through the trash- which i did not expect! Long story short, he called me later that evening to inform me a guest found them and turned them in!!! Kudos to an employee no job is beneath him!!!SN- we're new members (my husband and daughter too) and we enjoy coming to this gym. There's a gym 2 mins from our home and drive 10 mins to this one! So worth it!!

Planet Fitness Westmont is very nice. Off street parking is great. Large facility with plenty of equipment, never have to wait. Massage beds and chairs are nice with the upgraded membership.
