Writing this for my mother. She is 70 years old with diabetes and a heart condition. She wanted to sign up to use the treadmills and try to lose a few pounds. When she arrived, they pushed a training package and protein supplements. She thought (it was explained as) it was something being offered as a free trial and was lead to believe that she needed it. She explained her health conditions to them. At her first training session, a trainer that was not qualified to deal with a senior with health conditions put her on some machines. She immediately tore her meniscus and now can barely walk. The protein powder that they 'gave' her was charged to her bank and it is the equivalent of poison to a diabetic and completely unnecessary. We have tried to cancel or get a refund and they use every trick in the book to prevent it. We are resorting to hiring a lawyer. The staff could not be more disgusting. Stay away.

Cherry Hill Edge used to be great. But since the return from the pandemic it has gone down hill. There are two early morning classes and it doesn't sound like there are any plans to add any. I originally chose Edge because it offered several options for classes at 5:30 am. The membership cost just increased. It's hard to justify paying almost 4 times what I would pay at Planet Fitness to just use weights. And I can walk to Planet!

I like the gym itself but personal training needs improvement. If you need to cancel an appointment from being sick you’re bombarded with text messages on how calling out is “unacceptable”. Even though the trainers are able to cancel on you for whatever reason. Life happens. Hypocritical and I won’t be signing up for training at this location anymore.Let me also add the staff is nosy and trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. Your strict cancellation policy was never gone over during the sign up and you had me pay out of pocket for the rest of what I owed for two years over a simple cancellation. You’re a date in court waiting to happen.

Extremely Affordable, there are so many classes, and equipment to choose from as a member. There is a private women room for those who maybe shy in a public setting. I love the showers, Sauna, and massage chairs. Edge Fitness has mastered the fitness model for today's market while remaining affordable.

JUST NO! First of all it’s crazy crowded in this gym. I went the other night and felt like I walked into a party I wasn’t NOT invited to. One of the classes I attended, the music was all over the place making it difficult for me to do my exercises…Like how do you go from slow Disney songs to biggie to rock…COME ON! The biggest one yet was the fact I signed up for a trainer and TOTALLY wasted my money. The trainer didn’t even do all that she was supposed to do regarding my plan. She used Google Docs to send me my meal plan on top of the work out leaving me totally confused! On top of everything, she went quiet and stopped communicating with me via the app and come to find out she SWITCHED LOCATIONS no heads up to me! I found out when I went to schedule my second PAID session with her. I went to my credit card company to get a refund and that didn’t work out. They are arguing that they gave me what I paid for which is VERY UNTRUE. I was about to quit this gym altogether but decided to try VOORHEES location and I LOOOOVE IT! I cannot speak for their trainers but the overall environment is better, less crowded. If a party instead of a workout is for you, go to Edge Cherry hill. It wasn’t it for me.

Great staff, clean facility, nice environment. There's been some equipment issues lately. Out of order machines, pulleys on other machines could use some greasing, and electrical issues with some cardio equipment. Today a treadmill completely shut off on me with no warning. Luckily I was at a walking speed and not sprinting like I was just 2 minutes prior. Even at a moderate pace, a belt stopping like that could cause some serious injury. Might be time for a round of periodic maintenance on the equipment.

I am absolutely beyond frustrated. I signed up for the gym March 27th, and also signed up for the personal training sessions for 8 weeks, which I paid for the first month up front. I then paid the remaining balance in cash in April, and cancelled the personal training on April 27th so I didn't get charged for additional personal training sessions because I could not afford it. I cancelled within the cancellation period. However, the employee who cancelled the personal training session put the wrong cancellation date and I was charged $548.99 on Saturday May 28th. I was originally told I would be refunded the money in 7 to10 business days, but now its going to be 12 to18 business days because they have to mail me a check, but that does not make sense to me when they took the money out of my bank account electronically. This unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. This inconvenience is causing me late fees on my bills. I asked to speak with the administration about this issue and I was told they do not speak directly to club members. This is poor customer service and I would not recommend this club to anyone.

Been here about 8 months. Very nice gym especially for the price. Very clean, many benches available, usually a wait for squat rack. Biggest problem I have is the hours. I wish they would keep their weekday day hours during the weekend.

Charged me for extra months on an expired debit card after I moved away. I didn’t bother updating because I moved away and every other subscription in the world requires an updated payment method to renew membership. Not Edge, they sent it to collections. when I called to explain they still charged me for the months after I moved away despite the records showing I wasn’t in the gym. I had a monthly plan for this very reason and they still charged extra months. Thanks Edge!

I’ve been going to this gym for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it there. The staff members are professional and friendly. The gym itself is well kept, they have people cleaning around the clock as well as plenty of sanitizing wipes stations. The best gym in the area in my opinion!
