Planet Fitness

I'm not there to talk, I do what I come to do, shower and get out, bought a Black Card so my wife could come along. Overall, a very nice facility, friendly enough staff, and clean. Still not 'judgment free' but who cares, they provide what we need.

I have not been there yet but I called about questions on rates for silver sneakers rates and the gentleman that answered was very helpful and told me to call back if I had any other questions... so, just by talking to him, I was impressed. I think my husband and I will be joining. Some of the comments talked about the location, I don't have a problem with any business located in tallmadge. So I have no idea what they are talking about.... thank you and see you soon.

Well let’s see... usually when you walk in the door some youngster is behind the counter chatting with someone, and the way they acknowledge you is by picking up the little web camera they got, pointing it at you all while never interrupting their conversation. The manners are poor at best. Good thing you don’t really need them for anything while you’re there. I’m pretty sure most of them couldn’t hold a 5 minute conversation.

Usually pretty clean, I initially started going here because they were open almost 24 hours. I really like the option to fill your water bottle at the water fountain. Pretty inexpensive for all the amenities they have available. Lots of free weights, several dedicated areas the targeting certain spots of the body. Lots of treadmills, and just about a year ago added some very interesting stair machine’s. I will say that sometimes some of the treadmills are malfunctioning and they’re probably not labeled quickly enough so that you don’t use them. I also really like the fact that they don’t use any paper towels in the bathrooms, but the waterless urinal‘s tend to back up and malfunction when people throw gum and other garbage into them.

I have been a member of planet fitness since shortly after it opened!! I enjoy going there ,!!! They have lots of machines and areas for you to work out !!! The staff is always helpful and nice !!! The have tanning boothes ,and massage chairs ,plus two water massages beds !! They just put in some new equipment and all new tread mill in the last few months !!! The have great hours so it's convenient!!! It is very clean and neat !!! They have showers !! And nice restrooms ! Plenty of lockers ,make sure you get a lock to carry with you when you come !!! So you can put things in you locker and not have to worry !!; I always bring a towel from home to dry my face and neck from the sweating!!! You have wear gogles in the tanning booth !!!!

This is your local neighborhood great workout center. While there are other options in the area Planet Fitness continues to offer great value for what you are getting. They have multiple plans to fit everyone's budget. I like the ability to be in and out with plenty of machines and weights available for anyone and everyone to use. There no intimidation policy seems to work here as the locals do not mind those who are trying to better themselves. Furthermore I don't see anything in the local area that has the availability of equipment alongside the price point that Planet Fitness is currently offering.

The "No-judgment zone" policy is a comfort, and a much-needed antidote to the excesses of gym culture past. This particular location was kept exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful at the time of my visit. One thing that struck me as being especially helpful is that there is a large variety of workout equipment, including ample duplicates so that you're less likely to need to wait in line to use any of it.

The staff is very nice and friendly. However I feel it's not right for the limited hours that this Planet Fitness operates. So many people would like to work out Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. But it's not possible at this location. I understand all Planet Fitness facilities are separately owned however all of them should operate the same hours.As for the people going to the gym, too many use the sit down machines as a means to talk and text on their phone. There should be a rule against it.

The location is pretty rough, but the staff are extremely friendly and the machinery works as needed and intended. One other gripe is that the WiFi will sometimes not work, but other than that it's a decent gym to go to if you don't live far. Note that this gym is not open 24 hours on the weekend (close at 7pm).

This facility features plenty of workout machines and equipment, with proper spacing and organization among them all. The locker rooms were clean and the condition of the facility was up to par as well. Overall, I didn't find anything worthy of complaint during my visit as a guest.
