Only 2 employee. When arrived, i noticed that all the shower were full of cleaning products. I spend an hour exercing. Tried to take a shower when i finished but all the sowers were the same. Full of cleaning products. Had to wait 40min more until they finished.

The staff is always welcoming with a genuine smile and an inviting hello, every time I check in. People from all races/ethnicities are all working out under one roof in a calm and cohesive manner. I never feel worried or alarmed while being in this environment.

I'm really enjoying this Planet Fitness location. It's on me to attend more, but a great location overall. Everything has been key in obtaining my fitness goals, it's really up to me to achieve them. The staff has been attentive and friendly every visit. I was given a full tour my first visit. This location has everything from locker rooms to hydromassage to tanning beds. No excuses, get your workout in and meet your goals. Great location. I need to be more frequent to meet my goals! Keep me motivated and keep the facility great! Thank you!

So when we first went to the gym. It was fun but as we are teenager, we made a lot of sound but when they came and told us. We were pretty quite but now as we go. They always have an problem and I get it we make a lot of sound but that doesn’t mean we are interfering into people space. The manager told us to be quiet as we did and she said if you come to the gym then u have to ack like an adult which didn’t make sense.When the girl who work part time came she gave us an attitude and tell us to be quiet as we did and when I give her thump up she make a weird face and I said again I understand so as she left her.Manager came and told us about making sound and then showing her worker a thump up by her nose when I was far from her.We experience a lot and they made us feel uncomfortable whenever we went there.They start talking about us since day 1 when we start went to gym. They always had an problem with us.And now we decided not to go to the gym of planet fitness. I know for sure that the worker probably talking about us and have problem cuz we are brown and speak in our language then in English.And I don’t even wanna give any star about how they made us feel uncomfortable by talking and looking at us, pointing at us while they talk for long looking at us.I hope they get fired and find the nicest worker.They do part time in 4pm.They were pointing at us and talkingWhich I didn’t like.

When I cancelled my membership they refused to refund me my money. The guy at the front desk was very nice though. But it's very aggravating that they took my money and I won't be using the gym for the next month and they refused to give me my money so I paid for another month that I am not even going to end up using. I think that's hogwash that they refuse to return your money to you.

Staff and employees are awesome The place is really kept up well. Is equipment always works. The only issue I have is the free membership for kids, They don't have respect because obviously they don't have to pay so why should they care. Otherwise no complaints

This gym is very quiet and a very nice place to work out! They employees ask ways greet you on the way in and say have a nice day when you leave. They keep the environment very clean and ready! Being in the middle of town, it can get pretty busy real quickly. There are times where it’s dead, and there’s time where it is so packed! I would definitely recommend this gym! It’s spaced out nicely and the equipment is always up to date! I can’t wait to go back! Also it’s a judgment free zone so I have never had a problem!

This gym has been amazing. They have very friendly staff and the guy they have to set up a work out plan for you is absolutely amazing. Being a big guy myself working on losing weight it's nice meeting someone who has been where I have been and lost all his weight and is still staying strong. It was an encouragement knowing I can get to where I want to be on my weightloss journey without surgery.

Where do I start?! Amazing location! I travel cross country all year...been to many locations with about 5 different lines of equipment...thus one is by far the BEST NEWEST AND HARD TO COME ACROSS! Level 4 tanning booths and I can tell they are REGULARLY changed which is not always the case in other locations. A wonderful and much appreciated *and never seen in 10 years on the road is the little zen decorations in the black card area!!! Such a nice touch!!!!! Wonderful friendly staff and immaculately clean...parking is no problem...locals PLEASE take advantage of this location as you are lucky to have such a nice one. Mine in Florida is not the best. Great job PF!!!!

Definitely most likely need more people to clean Due to employees issues ! I guess ! It’s a nice facility , stow Ohio facility way much better ! Is hard to find people to work , Isn’t that that dirty ! But I tell ya after the very early morning shift ! And most likely the night stinky sportsman like me ! Needs a constant cleaning ! And dusting some of the machines ! The rowing machines need a check up , wasn’t able to make them work the timer . On this hard times who ever has the best team , the best equipped, wins !!! Has a good tallmadge location right across acme grocery store . Little but after 8 is good to work out !! Peak hours like after 5 , way too many people ! But is nice to see people working out again and moving the economy, you can successfully win without people :)
