There have been a lot of the treadmills without Control boards and without power for A good while When they're busy it' It's an inconvenience not having some of the equipment working Tallmadge location

This is one of the nicer and larger Planet Fitness locations that I have been to. The staff is always friendly, and the place is kept very clean.

I am new to writing to myself there, I would like to know more information about the registration requirements. And if I can have a personal trainer

BEWARE. They tell you it's only $10/25 a month and no contract but then they charge an additional $50 for yearly charges after the 2nd month without telling you.

My original one-star rating is not at all correct. Originally I was responding to a Planet Fitness request for review in my Yahoo mail, at the end I was asked where do I want to post it on Facebook or Google and in the process of trying to do that the review disappeared instead of giving the five-star rating that I wanted to give,it Auto selected a one-star rating???So now I will attempt again to find my original post and repost it here.

1/2 The treadmills are always broken. And the ones that do work, the audio doesn’t work on half of those. The ESPN channels never works.The men’s bathroom is always filthy.I used to see the staff clean the machines a lot, but very rarely anymore! They are courteous!

I signed up for a membership and proceeded to cancel the following month as I was allowed to cancel anytime as advertised. They stated that I need to come in person to send a mail. After sending the mail, the proceeded to charge me for the following month. I went there in person in February 3rd 2023 at around 11am to verify the cancellation and why I have been charged. They stated that I did not send a certified mail and therefore there is no proof that I sent the mail. Cancellation is close to impossible. They still refused to cancel the account.I have filed a dispute with the bank and with the attorney general of Ohio's office as this organization is defrauding hard working Americans of their money. The reference number to the attorney generals officer is: WM000186373. If you are a victim of their cancellations practices, reach out and add yourself to this claim. This is theft at its highest.
