It's ok place to go..they keep it maintained, alot of the people that workout there shop at baby gap.

Who closes 5 squat platforms and an entire dumbbell rack for a small group training class at one of the busiest times of the day? Half the gym is unusable during that time. Cancelling my membership

Been coming out here for years. Seems like every year the gym has gotten worse. Gym got sold to a New Yorker and currently worse than ever. There’s not one equipment inside the gym that functions normally.. if the leather cushion isn’t torn out the machine is usually inoperable. HVAC equipment is also never working you are usually getting water dumped on your head while walking. Oh and not to mention they cut the times from 24/7 to 11 PM. Stay away from this gym.

I enjoy this location. it's not as loud, and there are fewer distractions. The staff is very friendly, I love that they have a room I can do heavy bag work in. They could stand an upgrade in the "Health Bar" Area or a redesign maybe.

Was a member for 4 years. Atc was only worth it for the 24 hours. With their new hours, the over priced monthly rate, mediocre equipment, and lethargic and rude staff that can't even look up from their phones to acknowledge you walking it make it not worth it. 9.99 a month Crunch Fitness right down the road here I come.

Place was great. But seems that anytime New York gets involved in anything it turns to trash. So with the new trash hours I'll be canceling Monday along with my group of gym goers. New York should stay in New York where it belongs.

We were in the gym when we got an email about the hours changing… after 4/1/23 they will no longer be 24 hours. Hope Around the Clock Fitness plans to change their name because they are no longer around the clock… bummer for people like us who are in the gym almost 7 days a week after 9:00 PM and sometimes later due to our work schedule. Saturdays they close at 7:00! Guess we’re going to be looking for other options… We were thinking about this anyway because despite all the employees wearing “re-rack your weight shirts”, this place is a disaster, the employees don’t care and most days your sent on a wild goose chase trying to find equipment.

I have been a member of this gym for quite some time now, and overall, I have had a good experience here. However, I recently received an email from the gym notifying me of new hours of operation, and I have to say that I am very disappointed. After 4/1/23, the gym will no longer be open 24/7, which is a huge inconvenience for me.As someone who works a late shift, I often rely on the gym's 24/7 hours to get my workouts in. It's one of the main reasons why I signed up for this gym in the first place. The fact that I won't be able to come in at my usual time is deeply disappointing and frustrating.While I understand that the gym may have its reasons for changing its hours, it is still a major inconvenience for me and likely for many others. As a result, I will have to start looking for another gym that can accommodate my schedule.

I am a veteran and have been going to this gym when I am in town to visit family. Last year I had no problem signing up for a Membership that would only be two weeks and then canceling it when I left to return overseas. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time around. When I told the front desk my situation they told me I could do a monthly membership and then cancel when I left and would only be paying for the month I was there and the next month ($40 total). Two weeks go by and it is time to cancel the membership before I return home. When I go to cancel I ask another staff member if I will be charged any fees. Again, I am told I will only be charged for this month and next month ($40 total). Two day go by after I cancel and I am hit with a $50 membership fee.($70 total for two weeks of using their services) I call to speak to the manager about a refund because I was not told about this fee. He states he can’t do anything about it and needs to email the third party company and he would get back to me. He never called back and never returned my call. I was never issued a refund either. Definitely not veteran friendly nor knowledgeable about their fees.

Tha maintenance is really poor or nothing, I enjoy the gym for about 7 years already, but thinking to quit it because it is to much money for what we receive. Many of the machines are out of service, some are very dangerous and more than one time I report it to f desk and the manager do NOTHING.
