Crunch Fitness - Cape Coral

Totally amazed! Bigger and better than I thought. It's quite busy but many machines still available. The personal trainer manager was a huge key to me joining. He listened and truly seemed to care. All the Staff have been helpful and kind. I'm so happy I took my first step walking in.

They convinced me to get a corporate account. Told me how much value there was in it. Wasn’t worth it at all. And then they charged me and another $160 to cancel even though they told me I could cancel after 90 days.

Did a trial membership here. DON'T do it. It's a 3 month commitment. The wifi is always messed up. The music they play is hard rap. The tanning beds don't do anything. The kids sit on the machines (usually multiple) and play on their phones. The cleaning staff cleans the cardio equipment while you are on it. Its playland there. The staff just checks themselves out at the front desk and you feel like you are bothering them to ask anything.

I can not express how terrible this gym is. The WIFI does not work. The young kids sit at gym equipment on there phone so getting on gym equipment is very difficult. i have never been in a gym where the norm is not putting back your weights. the tanning beds are so weak i am not sure they work. the music is like disco night club the staff does not care about anything except selling personal training so if you join you are committed to 3 months before you can give your 30 days notice so 4 months if you think I am making this up check it out or just try to call corporate you will get a kick out of that

Good clean gym but it’s beyond me why the water fountain and water bottle filling station puts out warm water. Not room temperature water, warm water. It melts the ice in my insulated cup 😂 The place is new and they don’t even have cold water coming out of their fountains for paying customers? I’ve brought this to that staffs attention twice and they are super nice but obviously management hasn’t done anything about it in over 3months…….

Been here a few different times throughout the day. Every time I go it’s completely packed with hundreds of high school kids that just sit on the equipment. Water is also lukewarm in the water fountain every time. Ft Myers crunch is a lot better.

For starters it's difficult to put in suggestions for a better experience. And when you do it typically goes unaddressed. The hot yoga classes are always overpacked and they have no control over the thermostat or the humidity. The weight room is typically packed with very loud music. There are lots of people on the benches just looking at their phones while you are waiting. All these things could be easily remedied nobody does anything.

Will charge you $308 a year after canceling your personal training.

Would be nice if they had some cameras all around the outside of their facility. Even CCPD is complaining.

Absolutely love the gym everyone's like family equipment is amazing recommend to everyone
