WellWay - Cape Coral offers a wide range of wellness services including a gym, therapy pools, and a variety of group classes. Located behind Cape Coral Hospital, it provides convenient parking and easy access. Members highlight the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the clean, organized facilities. WellWay also offers specialized physical therapy services which many reviewers recommend.
However, recent management changes have led to dissatisfaction among long-time members. Complaints include poor maintenance, higher costs, and unfriendly staff. Good place to exercise if you have time for it. Maybe when I retire I sign up again.

When owned by the hospital, terrific! Wellway let go some key staff by docking their pay. Maintenance is horrible. “Out of order “ signs remain for weeks. Worn pads on equipment, mold in showers. Friendly people but ownership doing all they can to say that they don’t care. Sad.

Decent place but price increase on child members from $10 up to $59 a month without notifying clients.. So I paid 2 months without realizing and when I asked for a refund. I was only given like s30 back!! Thats Rude

This gym is a good place to work out at, but the staff here makes me give this place a three star review. Staff members are staff members and they all need to do their job, but there is this one lady at the front desk who is about young to middle aged and she is extremely unfriendly. Someone needs to teach her how to be more polite to people when they enter in and when they are leaving. The Aquatics instructor Philly is not the best person either. I know that there are a lot of waiting lists for swimming, but I have needed help on proper swimming techniques for a long time and nobody here wishes to help me out. The staff here just needs to be more friendly to people when they walk in and when they are leaving and not be so idiotic.

New management is non existent. Staff inexperienced. Maintenance people (one) struggles to keep up. Been a member since they opened over 25years. Steam room always down.
