The around the clock fitness ACROSS THE STREET was disappointing 😞 . It stinks so bad I got a slight allergic reaction of what smells like sweat, cleaning product, and dirty mop water. NO SAUNA, but they have a BROKEN STEAM ROOM in both restrooms. It is slightly less than $100 first month (includes annual fee) then $40 monthly with NO GUEST ALLOWED.

I like the gym but the treadmills are Mid and the Gym not being 24/7 is a major drawback from the previous ownership (when I signed up did not know it wasn’t 24hr anymore)

been going a month. gym ticks every box: hours , equipment , space. BUT NO ONE RACKS THEIR WEIGHTS, NOT EVEN TRAINERS EMPLOYED BY THE GYM. it’s a mess , management doesn’t do anything to keep it tidy and the culture around keeping the gym organized is horrible. yet to see any billing issues others are complaining about , stay tuned.July 2023 update - Gym is going through management change, updating some equipment and adding deadlift platforms turf area etc. New stuff is nice. They need to fix their cables, there’s only 3/8 that work properly. It’s definitely not as messy as it used to be! Still going despite hours change, no longer ‘around the clock’. No issues with billing, they let me quit after the hurricane no charge and come back. They’re good about monthly promo’s, if you’re going to join the gym join near the beginning of the month to maximize value.

Front desk are always in their text messages and have no positive energy to greet their clients. Should be excited for them coming in. All cable machines are either broken or just about to break. Literally just watched a cable machine snap mid lift on somebody. DANGEROUS!!! Plus, they Added entire new section of brand new cross fit weights but have no working machines for the rest of the gym. CrossFit has their own gyms. Spend our hard paid fees towards real working equipment. Can pay less for new and longer hours elsewhere. Why?

AC is broken upstairs. NO ventilation. Closes at 11PM. Front desk staff are rude and always on their phones. Machines are either squeaky, dirty, or broken. People DO NOT wipe down their machines after use. Wet wipes are barely filled. People repeatedly slam weights at night, workout with their shirts off and no one stops them. Crammed all the leg machines in one tiny area. Cancelling membership and finding a better gym.

This place has gone completely down hill. I’ve had a membership for 6 years. The last two years it has gone down the drain. All the equipment is consistently broken, rusted and sharp. They don’t fix anything, with machines being broken for months at a time, The kid zone is consistently closed. They temporarily closed the evening hours “due to the hurricane,” but never re-opened it. Now, they will have people call out and close down the entire kid center randomly and not inform anyone. Then they started charging an additional $10 and put a time limit that kids can only be there for an hour, which isn’t even enough time to get a workout in. I highly do not recommend— we will be canceling our membership.

I used to love coming to this gym when they first opened. They really do have everything you’d need and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Throughout the years I’ve noticed they have not made as much of an effort to keep equipment and areas nice or fix certain things. I have came in multiple times needing help at the desk and the front desk staff is usually on their phone or not up there at all. Their dedication to their business has slowly declined. I cancelled my membership after 4 years.

Over 3 years as a member under the ATC name, new branding, new hours, higher prices...Removed the 24/7 access for the standard 5-6 am open doors... closing at 10-11pm...Rush hours are mad. Forget about getting an actual lift in. The transition left out these details as it is becoming...New York Sports Clubs...Brought a much needed renovation at a cost.Every other gym or class-based fitness... offers the same with less congestion and a lower price.

Zumba room fans do not work. Not enough 1 pound or 2 pounds weights.Machines are not very clean.I do like the classes they offer. The instructors are very good. And it's very cool that they open 24 hours.

Staff not very attentive, there are probably people sneaking in getting free use and wearing down equipment without paying. There were ants in the bathroom, and not just a "few". Also quite a bit of the machines are broken or need maintenance. Weights are strewn about the place, so staff isn't cleaning up enough for weights to be racked where they belong. But besides all that it's not the worst gym I've been to especially for a 24 hour gym... and I've been to alot of gyms. For the price though it's good, which is the biggest thing it's got going for it. That and there is a wide variety of machines!
