I was in Cape Coral for a little over a week visiting family. I hoped to find a place to do hot yoga - really glad I found this place. Originally planned on taking one class and ended up taking three. Awesome studio (really liked the padded floor), awesome teachers, awesome classes. I will definitely be back when I visit again.

I had a wonderful experience! The yoga studio was super clean. Lots of class choices and workshops for all levels. Good experienced teachers who take the time to explain things if you need it (very important). The Boutique was filled with lots of good name brand yoga attire and supplies/equipment. The studio also has the most wonderful healing crystals and stones ever...! Unique beautifully handcrafted gifts by Lila ect... Looking forward to my next yoga class. The best gift ever I can't thank you enough.

I moved from Fort Myers about 2 years ago and still have never been able to find a hot yoga studio as amazing as this one. The owner is so sweet and will know your name by the first or second time you take a class. It’s very non-judgemental so if you’re new, you don’t feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful studio with welcoming energy. I took the hot yoga class with Heather and although bikram can be intense she made it feel like a loving experience. Encouraging time to recover and also times to get past your mind and allow the body to open up. Love it here and will try other types of classes offered

What a beautiful studio and community! The space is immaculately clean and functional with so many thoughtful touches in the studio and the (reallllllly nice) locker room/shower area. The practice space is modern, clean and bright (which is not always the case in Bikram/hot yoga studios). Both the teachers and other yogis were so open and welcoming. I've practiced yoga for 17 years and all over the country, and this is like a dream yoga studio come to life - quite a hidden gem in Cape Coral!

This was my first time trying yoga. I took the 60 minute bikram class and thoroughly enjoyed it. The instructors and everyone in the class were welcoming and supportive. The facility is immaculate and the cost is perfect for my budget. I highly recommend CCYP.

This is a great studio! Heather, the owner, is such a welcoming person and has created a beautiful space! Great class options, wonderful instructors, spotless modern facilities, and an awesome collection of crystals and geodes. Great place.
