I love the intentionality of this gym. The staff is intentional about relationships. The workouts are intentional to not just train you physically, but mentally as well. Their FREE Faith + Fitness class on Saturday morning trains your spirit, in addition to your body and mind. Catalyst is the WHOLE PACKAGE that I don't think I've ever seen in any other gym. A person's physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental and spiritual health are all connected and influence one another. Catalyst gets that and works to strengthen the whole person. I highly recommend it!

What an amazing place to learn, grow, and SWEAT! The trainers are awesome, they push you but never too far and always with encouragement. The facilities are clean and the people are friendly. It really isn't just another gym, I don't feel like I'm just a key tag here, I feel like a person.
