I come to Ft Myers for winter season and my coach up North suggested CF239 as a box to check out after looking at 9 local CF gyms on line. I met Sarina and worked out that day and joined the next. It’s an amazingly competent and welcoming community and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I've dropped in many crossfit gyms around the country and in Canada and few have been as great as CF 239. From the owner to the coaches and members, they made me feel at home and were very accommodating during my week in Southwest FL. Highly recommend and will be back when in the area!

We LOVE coming here when we are down here! It’s become our CrossFit home away from home. Sarina is awesome and all of the coaches and members are so welcoming! We can’t say enough great things about this gym, the people, & the programming is AMAZING!

I was dropping in for two weeks and didn't want to leave.Samira and her team are very professional as well as welcoming.The staff and its members are friendly, welcoming, and very supportive.This box has enough parking and it is very clean (workout areas AND bathrooms). The music is also a big plus, it varies and it is gym appropriate.Highly recommend to anyone considering passing by or even joining.

Dropped in for a few days while I was down on vacation. Def agree with some of the reviews before me this place is great. Coaches and community were welcoming and fun to be around while getting some training done. Will definitely stop by anytime I'm in town to get some training in.

Perfect gym to drop in with!! Very knowledgeable in CF and eager to teach!! We have already learned some techniques to help us out in only a couple of classes!! So glad we chose this gym!! Great job u guys keep it up!

In town for a wedding and did a drop-in on a Saturday morning, the 239 crew really took care of us. Absolutely terrific coaching, programming, and community. If you're looking for a new gym or just in town, 239 is a great choice. I can't recommend them highly enough.
