This is the best gym in the Fort Myers area. Bobby, the owner, really makes sure to take care of his members and more importantly the drop ins that are new to the area. I can’t thank these guys enough for all of the brutal workouts!

Great CrossFit gym from this drop-in's perspective! CF Salvation offered clean facilities, two full rigs, plenty of equipment, proficient coaching and, one of my favorite offerings, a filtered water fountain for much needed hydration! Parking was a bit tricky due mostly to some construction near by. Even got a cool T-shirt with my competitive drop-in fee! Good people. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the Ft. Myers area!

Great atmosphere. Good vibes.Coach Bobby makes you feel welcomed, taken care of, and works with you all the way up. Today was our first time trying the facility, and although I'm new doing Crossfit, he gave us personal training to get used to it and understand the logistics of what's going on with the body. I really enjoyed it and I will surely be coming back (:Thank you, Bobby.

Attended CrossFit Salvation while visiting from Minnesota and SO GLAD we found this gym! The facility is huge with plentiful equipment and the coaches instantly made us feel welcome. My fiancé and I attended 3 different classes. Each class provided great programming alongside knowledgeable and encouraging coaching staff. The other members made us feel welcome and supported as well. Cannot wait to be back again!

I've been "crossfitting" for close to 12 years, am a CFL2 coach and have had the good fortune to have trained and competed in gyms all around the world. All this said, CF Salavation is still my favorite gym to drop in and train. The programming, coaching, and community exceed all standards and expectations of excellence. Attentive. Personable. Welcoming. High energy. Always challenging. Always learn something new. Supportive of whatever fitness level you are at and whatever goals you may have. Nurturing and above all FUN!!!! You will not be disappointed. CF Salavation is an excellent way to start and end your days.

CrossFit salvation is one of the best CrossFit gyms in town! I am so impressed with the coaching staff and flexibility in hours. Even being from out of town they welcome you right into their community. So excited to have found the CrossFit gym.

After trying a few gyms in the Cape Coral area we finally found OUR place. Crossfit Salvation really has it all, their programming is top notch, it’s that old school, gritty, leave you dead on the floor type programming. The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced, you can tell they are passionate about helping their members get better. As for the members, everyone is so welcoming. From the second we walked in the door someone was introducing themselves. This is the kind of community that we have been searching for since moving to the area. And most importantly this gym is family friendly, we have a 4 month old and it’s important to us that she is welcome to tag along when we workout. I highly recommend this gym!
