Crunch Fitness - Cape Coral presents high-energy workouts with a friendly community feel. The gym boasts a variety of facilities, including state-of-the-art equipment, numerous group classes like Zumba and hot yoga, and additional amenities like hydro-massage and a sauna. The trainers, notably Jose and Maddie, are dedicated and supportive, helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
However, the gym’s popularity means it can get crowded, especially during peak hours, making it challenging to use certain equipment. While the gym is praised for its affordability and value, issues with customer service and billing have been reported, suggesting room for improvement in management.

June 2023 update: Great facility, best I'd ever been in, I just wish they'd enforce their own rules - no gym bags on the floor, no benches on the squat platforms, no cellphone use on the machines between sets. And police basic gym etiquette: no using equipment for only towel, gym bag or cellphone storage while you workout next to it, no moving/hogging the step up pads to the squat platforms for your stupid hip thrusts, no talcum powder on squat bars, put your weights back where you found them, etc. but the manager, who never spoke to me, a paying member, once the whole time I was a member there, was more interested in watching himself work out in the mirrors and flirt with and inappropriately touch the teenage girls at the front desk.Previous review when I joined: Love this gym! Cheaper than Cape Coral's Anytime Fitness and Health and Strength Gyms on Del Prado with tons, tons more benches, seats, free weights, cabled equipment, squat racks, treadmills, stair masters, etc, all in working order. All spaced comfortably apart and bolted down. Upbeat music to work out to. Cleaned frequently. The best gym I've found in the Cape and I tried 3 others. So glad they're here. I'm motivated to go and pleased with the facility every time I do!

Went for a Zumba Class with Cee. Great teacher! Unfortunately I live in the East Coast of Florida and was visiting as an instructor. Enjoyed her class very much.

Love the gym overall , however I do think they should add more leg equipment, it gets pretty crowded waiting for those , also the front desk staff doses not know what customers service means or Does not know how to greet customers in and out the facility, this is not exclusive to myself, other customers I often talk to also mention the same thing and when I’m the one greeting them when I come in I have gotten ignored, and today I went to buy a protein shake and the guy who was charging me was so unfriendly I almost put the drink back , I even said thank you at the end of all that and got ignored, I will highlight the guy on the wheelchair , he is the only one I see talking to customers and greeting them in and out and helping, very cool guy , also there was this girl that recently left to the Navi, she was awesome to everyone as well and always greeted people and had small talks with them, I understand this is not why we go to the gym for , but it looks pretty bad on the gym when you have sour individuals right when you enter the gym

I have been consistently going since I joined two years ago. The staff at the front desk are polite and greet me by name. The group exercise instructors are the best. Through them specifically Lauren Schaech and Lauren Huber I have learned that I’m capable of getting stronger and able to push thru the burn. We have a great community at crunch. I’m motivated and look forward to hitting the gym. HIIT instructors List West and Chris Orlando are awesome and motivate me to do more.

Seriously overrated. The gym is packed but that’s not even the problem. They only have ONE equipment for each exercise. When I went, I had to leave because there was only one leg extension machine and people were literally sitting and talking around it while other people are in line to use it. Too many influencers taking too long to record themselves on the ONLY ONE machine the whole gym had. Their little indoor stretching field is tiny and packed like sardines.Completely turned off.

Growing up an athlete, I’ve spent my share of fair time in gyms. Cape Coral Crunch is by far the best gym in the SWFL area. Not only is the equipment up to date, the facilities are maintained regularly and the trainers/instructors are just phenomenal. The overall atmosphere is inviting from the moment you walk in, and it is a place for everyone, beginners to pros alike.P.S. shout out to Gina P’s hot yoga class! You want you but kicked in a loving way, while pushing yourself to become better, she’s the one to go see.

My membership has been canceled for over a year. And since the proper paperwork to end my gym membership. I also canceled my personal trainer contract as well . They stated that if my account was put on a freeze will not be charge any fees plus I had to cancel by a certain date which I did. The front desk person stated that the computer self generated old accounts and bill from that. However I canceled everything. I even had 10 free personal training session I cannot use because I do not have a membership. The money they took out of my account gave me another 4 sessions of personal training . Need a gym membership to use. FYI , I rather have my $220 back they just charged me . I have a document stating they owe me $660 . I over paid.I started my gym membership when they first opened up. My monthly membership was $10 a month. My first month free. I had to cancel after 90 days . Which I did. That only total $30. I did the personal trainer sessions. I had 1 free sessions by signing up during the grand opening. I paid for an additional 10 sessions $440. They took $220 out on Nov. 1,2022 and converted to 4 more trainings sessions. This is absolutely ridiculous. They even stated that I should of gotten a $660 refund.
