I am a member of Crunch Fitness in a city in Wisconsin. I did a week-long guest membership here. I felt right at home. Exact same vibes as the one in Wisconsin. Lots of experienced dudes, fit chicks, one guy screaming when he is curling the 20s, personal trainers working with people, mom club doing the HIIT workouts at 6am, friendly atmosphere. It was all very similar and I loved it.One thing this gym was real rookie on was the re-racking of the weights. No one knew where to put anything. 35s, 10s, and 25s on the same rack peg. Plates laying on the floor. Weights left on the bench or the squat rack. This was pretty bad and needs to improve. I give this gym 4/5 stars as compared to my home Crunch. Get those weights racked up correctly and I'll be back next year.

I love this place. All people on all different levels of fitness is here all the trainers I have interacted with are great people and are highly motivated to help you in your fitness journey and I love that this is not a gym where I feel out of place there because I am just beginning in my journey. When I go for a work out I feel motivated and want to go to the gym

So I joined the gym to get more muscles and they talked me into doing the training while I was doing the training I hurt my back. I also had five hand surgeries not because of the gym, but they were supposed to put my account on hold and not charge me the money for the training and they went and charged me anyway won’t refund my money. I’ve sent several letters they ignore them, so this gym is dishonest. Plus I also want to say it’s not very clean. They don’t force people to clean the machines after they work they don’t even clean the bathrooms on the schedule so it’s pretty gross. As far as the staff concern most of them are very nice and helpful but most of them pretend they’re working and don’t really look at you and even when you have a question it’s it’s quick and easy and gotta go.

Changing my review!! This gym is awesome. The group classes are awesome. I was skeptical when I joined a year ago because it was crowded and a little unorganized. Today, Crunch is part of my daily routine. I look forward to the HIIT classes in the morning and the Zumba classes in the evening. This gym really does foster a fit family atmosphere.

Have never had such a hard time cancelling any form of membership in my entire life. Company shows zero compassion, has zero understanding. Will nickel and dime you every chance they can. The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard break up was easier than this!

Joined after quitting smoking and got a personal trainer. I was under the impression it was a monthly charge, turns out it was bi-monthly. I found this odd because I've never been charged twice a month for any service, anywhere. After 8 weeks I Didn't loose any weight and didn't look any different in the mirror so I decided to quit the gym. Apparently you must give them 2 weeks notice before quitting. Being that they charge you every 2 weeks, they billed me for 2 more weeks of a private trainer that I didn't want or need. This all started right after the hurricane, still fighting to get my money back. Not happy with thier business practices. The way they sell thier private training services is shady at best. I have gone to a different gym, lost the weight and I feel and look great. I would advise new members to shop around before signing on the dotted line.

Crunch is a good gym; many classes good environment; they keep sending promotion but they moment you bring a guest they give you a hard time with classes, they don’t ask you but usually asume things. Most front desk associates are nice but you get the ones the are not pleasant and almost make you feel they are doing you a favor…too bad since members are the reason there is a gym and they have jobs :(

Make them put what they say in writing. They will tell you the membership is cancelled and still charge. Stop payments help, yet when cancelling the ViSA card be sure to have the bank remove Crunch from the Visa User authorization agreement. (VUA) allows businesses to charge a new credit card if the business is on this list. If you do not specifically ask the bank to remove them from the VUA, your account will be charged. Open a dispute with all the credit reporting agencies and file a complaint with the better business bureau.

This establishment takes advantage of minors. Without any parent consent needed they are allowed to sign your child up take a form of payment even if it does not belong to that child and start charging monthly fees and facility fees. When the minor wants to come work out then he or she will need a parent. When the minor request to close the account since he is unable to attend for whatever reason they request the minor to come in person and then charge fees for the membership to be closed. My minor never stepped foot in that gym, not once.Yeah sure great business scheming but horrible ethic and customer service. But I guess you have to pay for a 30 million dollar gym one way or another huh? This should not be legal... New life mission.✅

Best facility in Cape/Fort Myers area, always kept pretty clean, great crowd for 18-30 year old demographic. Only issue is that its too popular...always super packed unless you come during certain hours. They have good extras like yoga and saunas etc
