STAY AWAY!! Be cautious of this sales tactic! I attempted to cancel my personal training, which cost me $198.00 per month on top of the $39.99 membership fee. When I spoke with Rob, the 'Director' of personal training, he informed me that I would need to pay a $693 cancellation fee for the annual membership, which I was never made aware of when I signed up. This is a sleazy sales tactic that Rob and his staff are trained to use in order to get members to commit to a 12-month contract. It seems that Rob only cares about what 'corporate' wants and does not prioritize the needs of the members. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting $1,837.00. Be wary of their 'cancel at any time' sales pitch!

Came in on 9-17 to activate a guest pass. Guy at the desk had his headphones in and was writing in his note book so I stood.. about a foot from him at the counter waiting for him to acknowledge me. 30 seconds 1 minute 2.. still nothing. I just ended up walking in and going to the basketball court, he never said anything.. court was closed so I left. Quality service… not.

I was visiting my grandparents and used this gym for a week. I loved it. I wish we had an Esporta where I live. The center turf area is awesome for hiit circuits that include lifting and other functional movements

Horrible gym. Feels like instagram influencer hour over here, but the crusty version. Super crowded and musty. When I went to cancel my membership 4 dudes came to me at the front desk and kept questioning why I was quitting and basically hovered over me telling me how I’ll NEVER get a deal as good as the one I have there again. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I came to this gym when it was an LA fitness and it used to be so much better.

I'm a volunteer who spent a weekend in Fort Myers, on my way back home to Houston, and the guest pass allowed me to try this gym out, and it was awesome! The sauna, the equipment and the team were all awesome, and helped me continue my training. Much love!

These people are thieves. First I signed a contract for personal training and was told I could cancel anytime. What I wasn’t told was that I would be charged 50 percent of what I owed for the rest of the year if I canceled. So I decided to finish paying for the rest of the year, but when I asked to cancel they said that I had already been billed for the next month. I asked to cancel at that point and they said ok but continued to bill me for the following month. They are a bunch of lying thieves.

Terrible .. they sent me a 3 day free pass .. then, said they needed my card to activate my membership .. the place is dirty and the people are pushy .. always trying to sign you u for personal training .. then I called before my 3 days was up and they hang up on you the minute you say u want to cancel.They just keep charging me .I saw roaches in there !!Very nasty place !!!beware.

The place has way too many people in it.Crowded, pretty dirty, and equipment is just thrown about everywhere.The staff was apathetic at best and just sat around looking at their phones, I wouldn't bother them they get pretty annoyed.Greeted me with their closing time when I walked in, not hello, just we close in 2 hours.The pool was gross, men's locker room just stank.Much nicer gyms in the area for same price.Esporta should be ashamed of this location.

The staff is undertrained and rude, faculties are unkempt, just amateur hour here.They oversell their memberships so it's just a nonstop sea of unsavory and uncontrolled people doing silly things.Found a place just down the road much better, with professional staff and great equipment, called Smash Fitness.Don't let the name fool you they are the quietest gym I have ever attended, the members are all professional lifters. Weights are always racked place is spotless. A little small but I love it.Esporta had one garbage squat rack with screws for safety pins, mats are ripped up garbage, and a no-rack policy which is utter chaos.The pool was gross so don't bother.

The general manager Dalton was amazing! He quickly got me set up in the system & answered every question I had about this gorgeous gym. My favorite part about this guys is the sauna & the abundance of equipment & machines ✨
